Neighbors say a son of Chad Daybell is moving out, and one of his daughters is moving into the home.

I cannot imagine wanting to live in that home but that's just me! Maybe financially that is their only option?

(a) The death occurred as a result of violence, whether apparently by homicide, suicide or by accident;

(b) The death occurred under suspicious or unknown circumstances

I can't find any law that states the family can legally request no autopsy. If anyone finds such a law will you please post it? Thank you

Here are the rules. Burns do need a permit -can be done on-line.

AFAIK A "controlled burn" is not a backyard bonfire kind of a burn. It's used for forest management.

The coroner in Idaho is an elected position. The person doesn't need a medical degree or any special training in forensic pathology.

Regardless, if there are ties, I'm assuming they've had those conversations with that person

Sheriff clarified that. Coroner has an ultimate decision on whether to carry out an autopsy or not. But in Idaho coroner is an elected position. The corner didn't have a medical degree or any special pathology training.

We have known they were in St. George for a while....??. BUT the search warrant is new info, right??. IF LE sent a search warrant, can they also say "anything you say or do can be used against you".

I missed a few months. Is there speculation about what a search warrant at LV's mom's (have I got the right person?) house would uncover? I'm not familiar with her role in any of this.

Just rewatched the hearing from yesterday. Starting at 4 minutes the Judge nor I hear Chad’s response. The Judge asks him to repeat it. Watch Chad’s response. Then rewind and watch Rob Woods eyes and then his hand. Watcha think he was thinking?

Was it about the DeOrr Kunz case? Nate Eaton also covered that case... DeOrr went missing from a campsite in Idaho, back in July of 2015.

No--It was someone named Lisa who was killed and a suspect named Mario, I tried to listen and watch it but kept getting interrupted with work stuff- LOL
I have followed little DeOrr's case since the beginning and I would have turned off phones and locked the doors to watch a show regarding that little guy.

In the first video, first man in was identified by Nate as Alex. What he was carrying was dangling. Totes don’t dangle. I’m female and not very strong. But I’ve carried many a car seat belonging to my grandchildren. The man was having trouble with the weight of what he carried out.

Maybe someone has covered this already..... "Car seat" would not be referring to a "toddler carrier." It would be a whole actual back seat of a car. The whole thing can be popped out as a unit. I had a car like that, and that feature was wonderful, but the removable seats were goshawful heavy. And the one in the video looks like a 2-seater.

My first guess is there is something that the officers are specialists in that there are very few of and if criminals or the prosecutions knew about the specialisation this could harm investigations or put their lives a risk.

My second thought was that they have undercover cops in some group. Two groups we know of. But could be another too.

My third thought is I am looking at this wrong and it's something else. Any lawyers about?

Someone posted the motion to seal here yesterday. It starts with reciting the reasons the affidavit can be sealed under Idaho law and I think the part about protecting the investigators came from that. The affidavit is NOT sealed to the defense. It is only sealed from the general public. Chad can look at it and potentially communicate to Lori through attorneys.

It's not a shed in the traditional sense, that's just what I call it because I'm not sure how else to describe it. When you look at the winter search around it, you can see it's well insulated. Maybe he used it for his prepper stuff, idk. Either way it's on his property.

Its not a law per say, but this is the only example I have. When my stepdad died, I was next to my mom when the medical examiner came up to talk to her. He asked a few questions and kinda went over the reasons he thought he died. He didn't see a real need to have one mandated, but asked her how she felt about it, and she declined one.

My Dad died by himself in a different state. Because he was alone when he died, it was mandatory he have an autopsy done.

So, I think it all depends on circumstances
