I’m flummoxed. After almost 30 years in civil suit investigation I can’t wrap my arms around any notions of theses perps.

Good grief! So the day Alex dies he’s giving marital advice to MelaniP?How is that believable? No mention of him not feeling well, no mention of him being sick when presumably we know Lolo call Z to say he was? Just another example of MP not being honest. How can Ian be oblivious to this? I feel like their marriage won’t survive. The poor boy got thrown into an inferno. I’m not willing to give him a pass, yet, but how can he feel good about the foundation of his marriage? I think his ex-wife will have superior standing when it comes to the custody of their children.
In my deepest reach for conspiracy theory he’s a deeply inserted FBI agent... but then there’s the baby.

From Ch. 6 of Daybell's book "One Foot in the Grave":

"One November the temperature suddenly dropped from the mid-50s to below zero within hours. There wasn't any snow to insulate the ground, and everything was completely frozen within two days. Naturally, we received a burial order for that weekend. I found the burial plot, and the ground was rock hard. I couldn't even make a dent with a shovel. Things were looking desperate. Then I did something I wouldn't recommend at home.

"I took a five-gallon can of gasoline and completely soaked the burial plot. Then I stepped back and tossed a match on it. Three-foot-high flames instantly erupted. ... The flames burned away all the grass and warmed up the soil enough that I could finally get a shovel into the ground."

Great catch! Now we know how those precious children could have been buried in frozen ground.

With respect, that was the day before they left. I am still without evidence that the Jeep went to Rexburg with them.
I think the jeep did go to Rexburg because the spare tyre and the back seat were stored in the storage unit on the 2 October and taken out again the following day.

chad burying the kids in his own backyard is so risky and stupid.

unless.....you have such an arrogant controlling personality that you see yourself fooling everyone and untouchable.

every time i picture dumbell i see the emperor with no clothes:D

what an idiot.

the fact he thought lori the looney was some kind of catch is a side note.:p

OFF TOPIC BUT IMPORTANT

There seems to be some confusion and concerns being expressed about Timeline posts not being linked in the Opening Posts.

Mods, Admins, Coordinators ... we've all had discussion about this over the last year and we just don't know why or when members started requesting WS staff to make all these additions and changes to the Opening Posts of new threads. We are a very limited staff and this is something members have historically done on their own that doesn't create any extra work for WS staff.

It is a very simple system that was set up years ago and has worked well in the past. We don't need to duplicate effort or reinvent the wheel here.

In each forum, i.e. "Located Persons Discussion", members will see at the top of the page, a sub forum called for example "Located Timeline and Media Links"

As you can see, any member can start an appropriately titled new timeline thread within such a forum and make or copy their Timeline posts and all subsequent revisions or updates into that thread. It can be titled something like Vallow & Daybell Media, Maps & Timeline (or just Vallow & Daybell Timeline thread if they want to keep it separate and apart from Media and Maps). If the thread gets titled Media, Maps and Timelines, all members have to do is use the search feature within that thread for the word Timeline. That's what these features are for.

When a member has created the Timeline thread, WS staff link it ONCE in the Opening Post and it never has to be changed again, regardless of whether it's 1 or 100 new discussion threads for any given case.

If there is any question about the above, please contact any Mod or Admin and we'll be glad to clarify.

If nobody else is going to do it for this case, when one of us gets time (not sure when that will be), we will set up the timeline thread for you in this case and copy all of Gardener1850's timeline posts into it. We will update the link in the Opening Post and it will never have to change after that.

Truly hope this clarifies.

Oh my gosh! He basically could have played out this entire scenario MOO

I believe that you are correct. No one missed Tylee, aside from JJ. And the only people who missed JJ were the Woodcocks.

I really think that LVD missed a step. When the Woodcocks called the police for a "Welfare Check" on JJ, LVD could have easily gone on the defensive, and said that JJ is adopted, she is his legal Mother, and the Woodcocks need to stop bothering her, and her son. They have zero rights to any contact, and the police should not be used to harass law abiding citizens. That would have ended the inquiries dead.

When she fled to Hawaii, it got the police far more involved. And they followed up with the situation with CV in Arizona, BB in Utah...

Sad... no-one missed Tylee, which, hmmm...makes me all the more curious about Tylee’ fathers death (not to long ago), which (IMO) needs to be investigated.

I have treated patients with pulmonary embolus before whose only symptoms was shortness of breath. I have also treated others who have pain at the site of the original clot (typically a DVT in the leg). It just depends. A clot wouldn’t show in bloodwork unless you suspect a clot and run a test like a d-dimer or do a chest CT scan.

When I had massive bilateral pulmonary emboli my only symptom was shortness of breath. The morning I called 911 and went to the ER, I could barely function. No pain at any time, though. I doubt AxC knew what had hit him.

EDITED TO ADD: By the way, I was under medical care all this time, with a GP and a handful of specialists for various old-lady things. (They all missed it.) Websleuths questioning AxC's history of medical care, if any, take note for what it's worth.

Exactly, I can't deal. There is so much to discuss from that video. She spoke as if she was removed as if describing a play. I am stunned still and have no idea how Nate Eaton didn't blurt out "WHAT?" over and over.
There is sooo much more to Chad Daybell.

I just read through the autopsy report. He did indeed have gastric contents inside of the lungs. In my experience people will vomit when CPR is given but I do not believe this is the case with AC. There was no evidence of gastric contents in the upper airway, just the lower airway. His autopsy report is consistent with poisoning with organophosphates (most commonly found in pesticides and readily available). The poison would cause vomiting and diarrhea and could lead to an embolus. The embolus would cause difficulty breathing in which case aspiration of said vomit into the lungs could easily occur.

MOO of course. Just too many coincidences for him to die of natural causes.

ETA toxicology didn’t test for much, so unless a specific gas spec was done for suspected poisons they wouldn’t show.
Thank you, great stuff!!

CD to fight. Not guilty.
He has to say bodies were buried without his knowledge - that he never went in the back yard, never noticed dug up soil - even though he as an expert and worked as a gravedigger displacing and replacing earth.
I believe a large set of
It doesn't matter whether they have a right to contact him. A perfect stranger can initiate a welfare check. You can't refuse to have CPS make contact, once the investigation has started. You can't just order them away. Clearly the Woodcock's provide d enough information to be taken seriously. When a call is made, it has to be investigated. If it is determined to be unfounded, and the reporter is jyst harassing you, you can get a court order to have them stop.
Yes.
A neighbor calling the police or CPS is frequently the reason a welfare checks is initiated.

It's just so sad to have their mother wrong these kids so severely, and MOO especially Tylee.

Maybe LVD will feel the guilt that she should be feeling after July 22 passes and world doesn't end.

Wow! Makes sense then about bonfires

My brother has drove trucks. They have an annual DOT physical, but most for a drug screen and see how much they can lift. Not an intensive physical. BTW, I have never heard that blood clots are "common" in truck drivers. Sure, could possibly contribute if there was a pre-existing condition, but not "common".

DOT physicals are more than just a drug screen. In addition to weight, age, circumference of the neck (to determine if a sleep apnea test may be needed), blood pressure is checked, we require an EKG, chest x-ray and a pulmonary function test (to determine ability to don a respirator) in addition to a blood test for determining exposure to any adverse chemicals.

The tension in that relationship is evident to everyone else, right? He was literally the first person to call shenanigans on CD/LVD and offered to wear a wire. Others have commented on his body language and facial expression in the Dateline video. He looks uneasy. His texts to his ex and his other statements in various places indicate he knows he's caught in the middle of something twisted and he just wants to help get himself and MBP out of the middle of it without directly calling his wife out. JMO of course, but the guy constantly seems like he's telegraphing a plea for help!
I’d be afraid very afraid to be him!!!

The pendulum, and it speaking to you from another portal...sounds very, VERY much like: His Dark Materials" a book trilogy by Philip Pullman.

Also, an “HBO” series.

This is also called Applied Kinesiology . I copied this paragraph directly from Wikipedia's page on Applied Kinesiology ...

Muscle testing[edit]
A manual muscle test in AK (Applied Kinesiology) is conducted by having the patient resist using the target muscle or muscle group while the practitioner applies a force. A smooth response is sometimes referred to as a "strong muscle" and a response that was not appropriate is sometimes called a "weak response". This is not a raw test of strength, but rather a subjective evaluation of tension in the muscle and smoothness of response, taken to be indicative of a difference in spindle cell response during contraction. These differences in muscle response are claimed to be indicative of various stresses and imbalances in the body.[14] A weak muscle test is equated to dysfunction and chemical or structural imbalance or mental stress, indicative of suboptimal functioning.[15] It may be suboptimal functioning of the tested target muscle, or a normally optimally functioning muscle can be used as an indicator muscle for other physiological testing. A commonly known and very basic test is the arm-pull-down test, or "Delta test," where the patient resists as the practitioner exerts a downward force on an extended arm.[16] Proper positioning is paramount to ensure that the muscle in question is isolated or positioned as the prime mover, minimizing interference from adjacent muscle groups.[12]

It was. :)

We all have the same right to discussion here. Jmo
I already answered the poster at 12:39 AM last night that I meant to type LOL at the end and the user answered back. It was all good with the poster per their post at 12: 44 AM. So I don't know why it bothers you several hours later. It helps to read subsequent posts instead of chiming in when it had nothing to do with you.

No. The sighting of the Jeep in AZ was the day before Lori, Alex, JJ and Tylee left for Rexburg. (See earlier posts).

There are many reasons why Lori and Chad could have decided to leave the Jeep behind until Tylee was disposed of. Tylee didn't want to go to Rexburg. She went because she was concerned about JJ. The Jeep was a symbol of her freedom. After the outpouring of sympathy and news reports following Charles's murder Tylee may have begun to question the story Lori told to induce Tylee to lie to the police after that event. She was not allowed access to her phone.

She was a self-sufficient and independent young woman. It is perfectly plausible that Lori, Chad and Alex might worry that she would filch the Jeep keys and her bank card, grab JJ, and split.

This narrative presupposes that Chad and Lori had decided (for whatever reason) before the move to Rexburg that they were going to dispose of the children. I believe this to be the case, and that the depth of their depravity and deception has no limit.
I am trying to get the timeline straight here.
The SIGHTING of the jeep in Brandon's neighborhood was in OCTOBER, that is when the shooting took place. IIRC
LVD and kids moved to Idaho the end of AUGUST
so did the JEEP stay back or did the shooter drive it back from Idaho to shoot at Brandon.
We know the Jeep was confiscated by LE at the time of Brandon's shooting, so LE has had it since then.

Based on?

I thought it was general knowledge that if you eat something that is off the first sign is vomiting and diarrhea. That is food poisoning, for example.
