That’s weird, the post seems to have been removed. He posted it about 20 minutes ago with documents attached and now it’s gone.
Ooh. Wonder if he wasn’t supposed to share that?
And that would suggest someone isn’t as “technologically challenged” as they’ve been assumed to be...

Did we ever find out where exactly JJ was enrolled in school in Chandler at the time of Charles' death? I'd like to get an idea of how long it would have taken for Lori to drive him to school and come back.

I don’t doubt this part of her story - she had gotten JJ ready for school and he was sitting in Charles’ car. I do hope she got him some breakfast on the way. I’m sure Lori wanted to get him to school ASAP and talk to Tylee alone.
I wonder who picked him up from school and brought him home for the pool party.
It’s crazy that Lori says in her statement that JJ is used to Charles’ being gone, and wouldn’t understand death anyway. I’m positive that isn’t true and I really hope she didn’t lie to JJ. I hope she actually talked to victim services about how to approach it with JJ. Maybe she told his teachers and they responded compassionately, or maybe Tylee did (she seemed protective re: telling her friend she was moving for JJ’s sake).

I thought that at first too, but it was an error apparently. Justin’s comment actually contradicted the report he attached, so I think he had misread it. The missing item was not actually missing.

"I don't know where they are. I asked my brother Alex to make sure they are safe but he is now dead and I don't know what happened. I'm as heartbroken about this as everyone else <eyelash bat, hair flip> your Honor"
But how does she justify holding off on saying that up to this moment? And telling LE other falsehoods, even after Alex turns up dead, and can seemingly no longer hurt her?

I got the impression from her statement that she didn’t see the need to tell JJ about CV’s death at all, because “he wouldn’t understand “, and since CV was “always gone” anyway, it wouldn’t make any difference...

Ugh, now I’m more curious.

In other words, it pretty clearly indicates that Idaho is seeking/sought custody first, Kay and Larry’s filing is for placement after that. So the state of Idaho has already started along the path for charges of Child Custody Interference, it’s just a matter of time. The state of Idaho had already done what I thought was coming next!

It was not. Thank you :)
I’m so happy, seeing it! The order had more teeth than I expected!

In effect, pretty sure this means Lori does not currently have legal custody, Idaho does, at least temporarily, pending hearings if/when the children turn up.

Nobody every said if a Rexburg normally has court on Fridays or not... I’m wondering if it’s not, which might delay additional activity til next week.

And I’m surprised they shared the actual order, I wonder if this was released initially, or if a judge signed off on releasing more info today. If it was today, well... that would mean they were in today.

The 16th was a Thursday... depending on if they had to mail it to Hawaii, and then service is generally done “as they have time”, because it would have been local law enforcement serving, probably... and we’ve been told they’re short-handed by locals. (Isn’t everywhere these days?) I bet a local or two might be able to tell us typical service times... but it’s probably reasonable or fast for out-of-state service.

I really thought this is what Nate with East Idaho said was served on the 25. I’d have to look back to see who it was said that served it.

I’m gonna say we have pretty darn good odds of seeing arrests within the next week to ten days. Unless they take off. And now I hope no one in contact with them is reading here.

And just saying... that interview was NOT the normal reaction for an innocent parent who’d been recently served with that order, and just had vehicle and housing searched. Heck, it wasn’t even a normal abusive/neglectful parent interview.

It would have been. That’s the date it was filed, not the date it was served. That’s only one piece of what she would have been given. It’s not the actual service form.

Still burning the "midnight oil." Had to redact some personal info involving Chandler PD on the most recent post. That's why it's gone right now. Apologies.

Our investigative team would also like to ask follow-up questions about what was found on Charles Vallow's phone. I want to be 100% transparent with you guys especially because you've been following my reports so closely. I'll have more information tomorrow.
