Gem County Coroner called to home on Airport Road in Emmett
April 15, 2021
EMMETT, Idaho (CBS2) — The Gem County Sheriff was planning to speak with members of the media for the first time since three children were reported missing earlier this week.
That news conference, scheduled for 4 p.m., has been postponed. Officials did not give a reason for the postponement, but said: "time to be announced."
The attention in Emmett has now shifted to a property on Airport Road where Idaho State Police has set up its mobile command unit.
CBS2 reporter Emri Moore says investigators can be seen in the front and backyard of the property.

Police have been looking for 17-year-old Tristan Sexton and 14-year-old Taylor Summers, who were reported as runaways in September and October of 2020. They've both had frequent contact with family members and are not considered to be in danger.
The third child, 8-year-old Taryn Summers, was reported missing on Monday afternoon. She is also considered a runaway, but the sheriff has focused resources on her due to her age.
She may have run away or she may be with the two other children, but extensive searches of the area have not been fruitful. On Wednesday, a team
used a drone and a dog to search the area.
The search continues, according to the Gem County Sheriff's Office. The FBI, Idaho State Police, and U.S. Marshal's Office are assisting GCSO.
