Identify tattoos of unidentified male.

I am tracking this case and need help identifying any of these tattoos. Victim was found in Corona, New York. He was also wearing a dark blue t shirt with “Lincoln Handball” .

The tattoo looks like a wolf-version yin Yang tattoo. The lettering initially gave me the impression of Cyrillic but looks like stylized lettering in a tunic fashion. The winged skull with the s in the forehead gives me an impression of Germanic origins. I’d be curious about the cause of death as well.
