If I Could Ask Cindy, George & Lee a Few Questions

I think I luv you. I have my tin foil ready for every time I here one of the Ant's speak.

By the way............Where is LEE? and What does he "knows what he has done"?

Awww I need all the love I can get. Tks spiderlady!! Sticking a finger in each ear, closing your eyes and uttering lalalalalalalala until they stop talking works too if ever you run out of foil. I do that as needed when JB speaks too. lol!!

Lee has turned into a real enigma. CA didn't even mention him in the last GMA interview and KC's letter states Lee did what she only feels GA may have done. I think Lee disposed of or relocated evidence and LE is aware. I think it may be possible that's why the defense hangs on to the theory the body was moved, because it was by Lee. JMO

I'd ask them: "If you could have predicted then what you know now, would you have considered the Morning After Pill?"

Was it even available in 1985? :truce:

I know we all have dreams of being able to pin GA and CA and LA down in their lies while they are on the stand. For me I would like to ask Cindy..Why, if you knew all this time about Zanny, did you post on your computer that you wondered who was looking after your little angel now?

And Why hasn't ANYONE asked these point blank questions in any interviews. It seems the press and media is furthering their delusions.

Great thread Spiderlady!

"Cindy, tell us all that you did to clean the car and what you found there...oh, and how you did it without gagging."

"George, why did you really run away and write the suicide note?"

How could you?

They have obviously placed Caylee at the back of the bus, no need to worry about her anymore...

How could you?

BBM - Jomo - one of the first tricks you learn in Nurses Training is a little Vicks (menthol chest rub) Ointment applied to the nostrils, blocks out almost everything.

Emotionally - she's a rock (not a compliment) while I could get past most odors (while working) to do what needs to be done - no way in h*ll I could handle the emotions that would have been caused by knowing what was in that trunk.

"Why weren't you out looking for Caylee or her kidnapper instead of doing interviews and driving a billboard around?"

"What were your instructions to DC if he had found any signs of Caylee at the site on Suburban?"

"How do you live with yourself?"

Great thread spiderlady!! Wow! Where to start??????
Because it would be the testimony that never ended, that spinned and skewed and insulted the juries eardrums and sensibilities, I wouldn't want to be the one casting reasonable doubt by calling CA to the stand at all. Her 911 tapes are enough IMO.
Casey killed Caylee. Cindy is sick and guilt of all sorts of things except murdering Caylee IMO. She looks evil to me and I would want the face of evil my jury remembered to be Caseys.
George I'd call because IMO, he's a man who may lie and attempt to be manipulative on the stand, but his face betrays him. He has kind, sad eyes to me and would probably be a really nice guy had he not spent the past 30 years being whipped. I would just hold up the last picture taken of Caylee and George together, then show him the autopsy picture of his baby's mandible taped shut keeping her skull intact with the hair mat stuck in place. When he started to cry, which he will because he's not a sociopath like the others, I'd tell him I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you Mr Anthony, Caylee was a beautiful precious child and clearly from this photo, loved her Grandfather very much. The questions I need to ask you will also be difficult. The hardest thing a Grandfather might be asked to do, I understand that. Caylee needs you George, may I call you that? She needs you, her beloved Grandpa to be the sword that cuts through the lies and allows her to rest in eternity with a peace only justice here in this courtroom can bring her. Will you help me help Caylee?
Then I'd ask all the great questions you all thought of :)
Lee is an enigma to me. I don't trust him and I can't relate to him which is weird because I have a son the exact same age. I'd pass questioning of him to my partner.

(I invoked my inner fantasy lawyer LOL!)

kaRN: fantastic way to go at George! :twocents:I'd just add one tiny touch: a reconstruction photo of Caylee that would be superimposed OVER the death mask. Heck, maybe THAT would even work on LEE! Now of course, Cindy would attempt to provide a disclaimer :banghead: but I agree that her 911 calls are ENOUGH of her voice in the courtroom!

How do any of you sleep at night?
Are you haunted by sweet CAYLEE's laughter?
Holidays, esp. CHRISTMAS...........how can you handle them?
Why don't you just tell the truth for CAYLEE's justice???
Your daughter will never get out of prison, accept the fact!

Wow!! That brought tears to my eyes and I'm just an interested bystander! If the SA were to go at GA like this, I can't imagine him holding up too well. JMO

To Cindy:

1. Cindy will you please tell the jury when you were looking for Caylee, just how many doors you knocked on and how many bushes you looked under, and while you were looking under the bushes, were you looking for a live Caylee?

2. When you made the statement that you would knock on every door and look under every bush, I believed you. If you did not do this, then I'm sure you have a very good explanation. I'm sure the jury would like to hear it.

It may be George's last chance to redeem himself and his soul.

I can understand why my thread was merged with this one. But...What I REALLY wanted to separate was what WE could or want to ask the Anthony's and what we would like the SA team to ask the Anthony's.

Okay....What do we want the SA TEAM TO BE ABLE TO ASK THE ANTHONY?S?

May I add #3. to this topic?

3. Cindy,if you really do believe Caylee is still alive,as you have recently stated, why aren't you knocking on doors, looking under bushes and plastering posters of Caylee ,with an age progression photo, all over the world? How can you take a cruise if you believe Caylee is out there and in terrible danger? How can you sleep at night ?

Okay....What do we want the SA TEAM TO BE ABLE TO ASK THE ANTHONY?S?

Long list !

Honestly ,I just want to witness the SA taking whatever new version of events the A's come up with in court, and confront them with their past statements ,most taken under oath or were sworn to be the truth.

It just seems there is SO much that the team could fry them all with. Perhaps they already have so much in there bag they do not even need the other Anthony's for testimony. But Geez.........What I list I would have just for fun to compare and grill and fry and turn and fry again if I were a
SA team member.

I'd like to ask Cindy, George and Lee...when they realised Dominic Casey was the most inept PI in the world and was feeding them what he thought they wanted to hear?

SA: Mrs. Anthony, how long did Casey wait to report her daughter, Caylee, missing.

CA: 31 days.

SA: Thank-you. No further questions.

Just kidding.

I have all the faith in the world with the SA. They are not going to allow Cindy or George take control while they are on that stand answering their questions. They will have to sit there and answer the questions... nothing more... nothing less. Cindy will not be allowed to go on one of her long-winded rants. I think the only reason they will even question Cindy about her statements that Caylee is alive is because the defense WILL let her ramble on with her conspiracy theories when it is their turn to question Cindy. This is how I see it going...

SA: You've made statements that you believe Caylee to still be alive. Correct?

CA: I believe...

SA: Yes or No.

CA: Yes.

SA: You believe Caylee to be physically alive?

CA: Well...

SA: Yes or No.

CA: Yes. I do.

SA: In (January or February) 2009 you had the remains of a child cremated, remains that were confirmed, through DNA, to be those of Caylee?

CA: They...

SA: Yes or No.

CA: Well, yes, but...

SA: Mrs. Anthony, at the time you had these remains cremated did you believe them to be Caylee's?

CA: Well...

SA: Yes or No.

CA: Yes and no.

SA: Yes and No? Okay, you had a memorial for your granddaughter, Caylee, in Februrary 2009, correct?

CA: Yes, but...

SA: You wrote an obituary for Caylee, correct?

CA: This isn't fair...

SA: Yes or No.

And so on... They're not going to allow Cindy to go into why she believes Caylee to be alive... they will get to the facts. That Cindy accepted that the remains of the child, through DNA, were in fact those of Caylee's. She had her cremated, wrote an obituary and had a memorial service for her... end of story.

Now when Jose takes over questioning... I think he will allow Cindy to spin, spin, spin... until Judge Perry puts a stop to it... The State's got this! No worries!
