He may have claimed to be injured in the assaults / arrests and LE would want a medical clearance, and maybe a forensic drug screen collected before incarceration.

I did not hear anything in the police communications about him being brought to the hospital by the police after they found him and asked him about the missing items.

IMO the only important thing about her at this moment is protecting the baby, letting it develop as long as possible as the poor infant has a cruel road ahead......

Can someone who is good with photos put some side by side comparisons and post. The four haircut photos and the photos with his mom holding P and he’s dressed in the khaki pants and button down blue collared shirt where’s you can see the burn scars, marks and bald spots on his scalp. Maybe can zoom in on those. He looks kind of zombied out on those. Not focused. I think with all the head trauma beatings it caused some brain damage and he was not right from then on.

I wonder who's Adderral? Obviously the assumption would be that it was AJ's. But there are adults with ADHD as well....

I wonder if the boyfriend stole them... and that is what precipitated and subsequently led to, his arrest the next day?

And to get on Suboxone, if drug tested knowing her history they’d prefer to find Subs over clean urine, as it would appear she was working on her addiction.
Clean urine in an addict is as suspicious as dirty, at least in our drug court.

My doctor explained that he drug tested for 3 reasons. To be sure the patient is taking the meds (not selling them on the street), that the patient is taking the proper dose and to ensure there are no “street” drugs present. He uses GCMS testing which shows everything in the urine and the quantity. It’s expensive but covered by my insurance.

She doesn’t appear to have been working at recovery in the least.

It does look different, but in the prior photos, AJ has a very different haircut/style. In the second photo, the hair on the top of his side is slightly left of center. I think the weird (IMO) haircut influences how my eyes compare the two pics. But it does look a bit dented. Dunno what to think.

I think it may be the lighting in this photo but there are a couple of others where his head looks oddly shaped. I can’t figure out if it’s the haircut or his actual head shape. I suppose the ME will note any abnormality in the autopsy. <sigh>

Technically she is presumed innocent until convicted.

The 8th Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits "cruel and unusual punishment."

She certainly seems to have committed horrible acts, but for the purposes of law enforcement, I'd rather they stick straightly to the rules and not allow any loopholes that would give her any chance of having these charges or their punishment dismissed or lessened.

Ahh, so this is the backstory to Daniel's arrest in December last year. So she would have been three months pregnant at that time. Wonder what the scripts were for and if she knew she was pregnant at that time?

He is actually in jail for assaulting an EMT and two nurses. So they took him to the hospital after they arrested him? Wonder why?

According to this article it was for a mental evaluation, not much info there though.

I posted that information a couple of pages ago and yes the prescription was in her name with her name and info on the bottle.

We’ve read she suffered from mental illness, as well as drug abuse. Why anyone felt any child could be safe around her, I fail to see.
When she needed drugs but had none, she must have been aggressive to the nth degree.
So glad the baby will never endure what poor AJ was subjected to.
