Can someone remind me if Terry Abbass was the stepdad or is he someone else in the house and what is his relationship to Cheyenne

willow longs uncle was indicted for three counts of murder by the grand jury yesterday... it is possible.
 
Okay... I was totally confused and had to refresh my memory, but I think I got this figured out.

So Terry the stepfather who was arrested, is the father of Chyenne's youngest brother.

SS is in a relationship with Chyenne's Mom.
Both of these guys have been in the home with Chyenne's Mom since she disappeared.

I'm glad that there is still someone left to support her mother.
But still... living there this whole time and watching her mother go through this? :tears:

Not to mention this little brother will now know that his Dad killed his sister.
There should be extra punishment just for staying there and watching the torture! :stormingmad:
 
More than a dozen cars are parked at the home now, and one official at the scene said efforts were focused on the backyard.
Among agencies on site are FBI and state police.

I can't wait to see how this note plays out.
Was she really running away and he caught her and killed her?
Or did he force her to write the note?
Or did he do a great job of forging a note?

If you pop the address into google maps, it is a bit further north than the pinpoint implies. The house is just past school road on the right/east (first and second driveways are the same as the structures in the photos on the news article).
 
LE has scheduled a press conf or release at 2 pm today. TErry Abbas has been charged with 2 counts of murder as reported online charges.

There are CSI, FBI, Sherrif and local police on scene as well as the coroner. The word on the street,,,,that is not facts but hear say is that the two counts might be because she is with child. LE is clearing away brush with chainsaws behind the house where the body is allegedly located. THe mother and boyfriend older son(17) and younger son (6) was still living at the residence as of this past week. Just a sad day in this tiny little river town.
 
What prompted them to make the arrest now?? Why didn't they search the backyard two years ago?
 
they did search with blood hounds the first week she went missing. They used two dogs and both dogs led the police to the downtown area. She walked everywhere so thats where the scent led the too. I think if the police thought she was killed the might have searched the woods. THere were no scent trails that led that way.

Do you know if there will be an online newsfeed for the press conference?
 
dont know if it will be a live news conf or just a typed release. If it is live kcrg.com has reporters on scene

I believe they are searching now because they have a confession.
They never investigated this as a homicide, so they didn't uncover evidence on their own. :twocents:

I also do not believe the 2 charges mean she was pregnant.
If she was that would have been included in the charges (ex: strangled CK who was pregnant.)

We have seen multiple murder charges for one victim in other cases.
People are just jumping to conclusions because they don't know how the system works. :twocents:
