Found Safe IL - FBI: Possible Teen Abduction - Peru, IL - 14 June 2021

Two firearms found in location.
Do not know if he's armed now. (offender)
Started at a get together in Peru. He may have come from Peoria yesterday. She might have gotten in vehicle then out and then the physical confrontation.
He knows he's wanted on a warrant. He'll be picked up on that warrant first. Working on other charges.
Sounds like victim and offender lived together in Peoria.
No threat to community.
They will find him and hold him accountable.

When they said "no threat to the community" I figured it was domestic violence. Still a very scary situation. My Mom was the Sheriff and DV calls were the ones they dreaded as the chance of injury or death to any of the parties involved was a threat. I wish we had a description too.

We do have her shoe size: 7.5.

As a teen my shoe was 6.5 and I was 5'3". I went up a size after having kids, so I'm guessing she was taller than I was as a teen. Yes, I know this is rather an absurb way to get a description, but all we know for now is she was wearing 7.5 sandals and may or may not be around 5'5" or taller or shorter. Of any race. From Peru or not.

Not much to go on.
