That building is HUGE. Google Garfield park fieldhouse. It's not impossible, but there is a lot of stuff going on there during the day, and I'm pretty sure (but not positive) that it's locked up tight at night.Do we know if the park facilities where the lagoon is have been tested for blood?
That would be highly convenient.
Now we have confirmation that Kyrian and Garfield Doe are one and the same. I am working on theories as to how he could have been transported there by any one or more of the key persons in this case.
Someone transported those remains to that lagoon. Someone transported the torso, still undiscovered, somewhere.
I remain stuck on the public transportation. Seems as if several of the case players had no vehicle of their own and were dependent upon others for rides. The dismemberment has always felt like a matter of expediency to me, not as if there was some psycho pleasure in it. But rather for less noticeable transport. Does this mean that someone got a ride to Garfield park from another person who was not in the know about exactly what the mission was (similar to Jerice Hunter who had her friend give her a ride and then had them stop at a dumpster to get rid of an old suitcase)? Did someone ride public transportation carrying a couple of heavy backpacks?
Why has the torso not been found? Was it dumped near to where the other remains were and simply not discovered yet? If not and dumped elsewhere - WHY? Why increase the risk factor of transporting and disposing baby parts in two separate locations?
Who killed this baby and committed atrocities to his body?
Why is this not being investigated as a homicide when several similar cases where the exact COD are also unknown being treated as homicides?
Who killed Kyrian Knox?

This has been my thought for a while. I feel like Lanisha might have been in on it without even knowing she was. Maybe they went that direction and told her they were going that way for something else. Of course the phones pinged near Garfield Park because we were going to the __________ (whatever the destination was said to be).
The dismemberment totally confounds me. Was it done for transport or to hide identity, maybe both? It just seems to me a small child Kyrian's size would not need to be dismembered for transport like an adult would.
That reward offered bothered me. It's like it was easy for someone to offer a reward they knew would never be claimed because they knew Kyrian would never be returned. The searches bothered me to with mum not showing and family running way late while police told searches to not go without the family or saying they should wait on them. It's like the police knew where My was all the time and so did his mum as it seems to me. Almost like no one put effort in a search because they all seemed to believe part of him had already been found. Seems like family simply mad a half hearted effort to appear and save face in my opinion.Wow, things sure have gone quiet in this investigation. Nothing from police asking for anyone with information to contact LE. Is there even an actual reward? (I saw something initially, but I'm not sure it was ever verified). I sure hope someone, somewhere is working hard on little Kyrian's behalf.
Just a quick thought on the 25lb weight: I feel like this must be a workout weight of some type. Otherwise they would have said "a rock" or "a heavy object". And if this is a dumbbell like one would use for working out, it's heavier than your typical woman would use. I mean, very fit women use them, but I'll just say that I don't think that L would have a 25lb dumbbell of her own. If it's a dumbbell plate, I think it's even less likely that it originally belonged to any of the women involved.
Man Sought in Disappearance of Kyrian Knox, Boy Found in Lagoon: Police
http://www.dnainfo.com/chicago/2015...arance-of-kyrian-knox-boy-found-lagoon-police
"The mother of the child, Lanisha KNox, told reporters in Rockford that she dropped her son off with a friend's father sometime in mid-August. That man took the child to Chicago with his girlfriend about a week before the boy's body was discovered in the lagoon."
Wait, have we heard this before? I don't recall this information at all.

Investigative update - detectives have identified a person of interest wanted for questioning in the disappearance of Kyrian Knox.
He may not be a suspect, just someone who may have information. IMO, there will be multiple arrests because I suspect there were people who helped the killer cover up his/her deed. But, I hope that finding this POI will be a start in bringing justice for Kyrian.I suspect within 24 hours the name of that individual will be released and will be of no surprise to any of us here or elsewhere following this case.
