I;ve been a longtime lurker and watcher, but this case has sorta grabbed my attention. Can anybody explain the disconnect between the FBI finding her car, and the complete lack of progress on who was driving the car that day ? Can't they get fingerprints, other videos in the area, ownership of the vehicle, etc ? Somebody owns that car. Somebody was driving that car, on that day. How tough can it be to figure out who this person was ?
I don't claim to be nearly as experienced as most of you are about these things, but I'm struggling to understand why this should be so complicated with the information they have at hand. It seems obvious to a casual observer that either one of two things happened here:
A) He spoke to her in her native language, and convinced her to get in the car.
B) He convinced her he was a law enforcement officer, or an authoritative figure , and she complied out of fear.
I guess I am just frustrated this entire ordeal is dragging out the way it is..............it shouldn't be this hard to nab the bad guy.
