For the record, "Tonya" has been given the St. Clair Co. State's Attorney's number in hope she'll relay her information about Pierson. (she did contact me via email for direction) I really believe she'll make that call, she has a very interesting and private tale to tell regarding this punk.

I can easily see that some of my "duties" will suffer as I lose hours reading all the amazing work being performed here. I have enjoyed the structured atmosphere and contrary to my staff's beliefs, I can curb my language for longer than 30 second intervals! (and without any lasting side effects)

Zach's story has touched so many friends as well as affected his vast family beyond belief. It's wonderful they have several places they feel comfort in posting their questions and concerns. Hopefully Iaguilli and Pierson will be punished to the full extent of the law.

I agree. I think these two have such a dark current...Zachary was just the "subject" for their "experiment" in human torture. The information released coupled with personal accounts from their pasts only adds up to something far beyond a "beef".

O.K. revisiting back to Izzy's Post I think #150 she had the information up of Pierson and his sex offense. That was in 1998. Then two years later he's preying on an innocent woman in Virginia.:doh:

I believe that was the only one which came up when I checked. But remember that not all registries are "open". Here in Oregon, you have to write to the State Police and ask specifically about a name or an address. The only ones on the state website are deemed predatory offenders and not nearly enough offenders are labeled that way. And we can't forget that many many people don't report sexual offenses. I have no doubt that Pierson has offended far more than just these two times...the two times he got caught.

Thanks for the dates, lorik. Please update us if anything changes. Do you happen to know if there will still be a trial/hearing concerning the sentencing even though they've pleaded guilty? They often have to have a full jury trial to make the decision about the penalty even with a guilty plea.

This week is the one year anniversary of Zachary's death. I know his family must be aching and wanting some closure. I've checked for updates almost every day but found nothing. However, I did find a comment here:

Last comment, on June 15th. They're getting a jury trial I guess. Actually, I'm pleased as that should be interesting. It's also the first time I've read that someone else's blood was found in the warehouse. Interesting comments and a great forum. Just be aware that there's some language that we can't use....well at least not openly.

I Just wanted to put a little in put in on this from a different perspective. I was a street kid, I lived that "lifestyle" for a while, I thank all that is holy i got out in mostly one peice.

This young man's death and his attackers isnt honestly all that uncommon to me. excpet for how he was found and the fact he had family looking for him. Many MANY flop houses have graffiti gleamed from everything under the sun, from "satanic" to christian to hell even twilight novels. Street "kids" and by that i mean between the ages of say 13 and 30, depending onthier mind set, dissappear all the time. But due to thier lifestyle no one even notices. When I was on the street I stay on the Loop in st louis, in the 1990's and i stayed near Hall street adn I stayed on the east side. They were te most dangerous areas you could go, and I was a teenage girl. I went there because in that type of society, just like in prison if you get to be well known for being"crazy" or violent people will let you alone. I was very very very lucky. Bad things DID happen to me. But I survived. When i was on the loop we had a girl who just seemed to dissappear into no where one day, no one heard from her, and onestly it wasnt that we didnt care it was that we had to worry about other things. We just thought she left. It happened all the time, but turned out she had been raped and murdered. I found her a week after it happened. To this day I dont know her real name. I only know the name she went by on the streets. and the only reason I remember that is because it was close to mine..... Stormy.... Weather these guys spent thier lives killing dozens of people or not we might never know. That lifestyle is close knit and it isnt something that is easily peiced together. If they hadnt burned him and it hadnt been seen it wouldnt have made the news aside from "body of man found on east side" with maybe 5 lines to go with it.

I may seem unfeeling and I may seem cold. I am jaded about alot of things about being a street kid, but I am happy Zach's family was able to get closure, and that his attackersare in jail. Looking for a motive andtrying to place occult blameis like pissing into the wind with this type of thing... thegraffiti could mean anything and everything, and he could have been an easy target for these guys, guppies ( new street people) usually are.

I hope he rests in peice now and his family will get what ever comfort they can from this.

Welcome to WS, Lizbet, and thank you for your insight. I know, all too well, how rough the streets are. I have five young adult children who live on the streets. They too have suffered greatly. Due to mental illness and sex trafficking, they either cannot or refuse to return home. Thankfully, I know that three are safe and we stay in touch. I have heard horrible stories concerning their experiences. One of my children lived on the streets and used meth for two years after being released from the State Hospital. Unbelievably, he is now clean, working a decent job, and taking medication for his mental illness and his physical disorders . We are very close. I know that people can succeed against all odds. I'm thankful that you made it out alive. I'm sure your experiences could really inform a lot of kids who might think it would be an "adventure" to live on the streets. That's hardly the right word.

Zachary was truly unfortunate to run across two such evil men. I have to wonder if they hurt or murdered anyone else.

I went and talked to some people I know the pentacle and crap is actually fairly well known in train hoppers. Some of the graffiti looks like modifacations on old signs for them, saftey and shelter

I am indeed of the female variety of goats, Missizzy although 99.9% think otherwise. Must be the saltiness?!

We got a strange comment on Crime Crawlers from an acquaintance of Iagulli's. He hasn't been back to answer any questions but I keep checking...

The girl who is still married to Pierson - that was a weird period as well - she emailed me a couple of times and I tried to persuade her to notify the police/investigators/State's Attorney handling the case. It got stranger from there. I won't include the strange part on the public side. (I don't know the rules/regulations regarding using the PM system here but I could share the bizarre tale there)

I check for updates on this case almost every day and have still seen absolutely nothing.
