Ordered my copy yesterday from Amazon but through WS. I cannot wait to hear what JA has to say about the trial and the characters. Linda, George, YM or HHBP are the only other ones I would EVER want to hear from.

Went home last night and TOLD my husband I ordered the book and dared him to say a word. He is such a smart man and he said "good"! Gotta love our loved ones that put up with all of us through the 3 year ordeal of trying to get justice for little Caylee.

I've been thinking of that but I can't get over my love of a big fat paper book that I can bend the pages back on- spill coffee on, read in my bathtub and take to bed while eating peanut butter on toast - somehow a nice tidy kindle is lacking something for me.....:innocent:

OT too, I have been an avid reader since about 9 years old (now 53 with insomnia), never thought I would want anything other than a paper print book. As a gift I was given a Kindle, and I have come to really like it. I also have the light and love reading psychologically scary books in the middle of the night with all of the lights out and only the kindle light on. It is not for all books, however, just certain types for me. There are also free books you can download (Dracula, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, reading Jane Eyre right now and enjoying that for free).

I preordered this JA book as a hard-bound copy as I will pass it along to my Mom and Dad who both watched the trial closely on TV.

also, On topic, pre-ordered this JA book and I can't wait to read it. Have always wondered about some of the behind-the-scenes goings on in this trial that the PT was not allowed to discuss before or during the trial. Now that JA is retired, hope he shares much with us. IMO, MOO, etc.

I WILL DEFINITELY BUY JEFF ASHTON'S BOOK. I just wanted to say that I am so happy he pre-empted Miss Amphony's book, JB's book, CM's book, AF's book, GA's book, CA's book and any other ..... errrr person.... from the the defense. I would love a book written by "our" Yuri...but guess he can't as he is still an employee with the Sheriff's office......I bet he could tell some tales of stuff they suspected, investigated, etc. that never made it into evidence or the trial discovery.

But first, a major bombshell from a trial insider. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton has written a book, a tell-all. Get a load of this title: "Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony." Now, this is just a mock- up by our terrific graphics team. Obviously, Jeff Ashton will be presenting the case against Casey, but what about his own mishaps, such as this unforgettable moment? You know what I`m talking about.

For the first time in weeks, I watched some of her show and I was sickened by her "obvious dislike" for Mr. Jeff Ashton and her "love" for her boy JB ...

And to make it worse, she played the video of JB's Closing Statement where JB was "screaming" at Mr. Ashton ...

Bottom line here is that JVM is SOUR GRAPES that her boy Baez did NOT get a book deal ... hee hee hee ...

And Mr. Ashton got the book deal !

He can still write a great memoir ,but I'm glad this book is coming out now. I want to hear more from the Prosecution. We weren't able to,because they couldn't speak out,but they have a perspective I want to hear about. I trust him.

It also tickles me that he's able to come out with a book before the A's or JB.:great:

Hopefully, the Pinellas 12 would be honest enough with themselves to know that a book filled with line after line of "DUHHhhh", wouldn't sell.

I placed our office order this morning for 43 of Jeff Ashton's books with Barnes & Noble. To say that we followed every inch of this case and are very proud of Mr. Ashton, Linda Burdick & Mr. George is an understatement!

You are missing out ,girlfriend! See a book mentioned on a show and download it instantly ,and start reading. Slips into your purse and goes anywhere. No clutter of books all over the house. Many are FREE. It's a whole different world.My husband said they should have GIVEN me my Kindle because I buy so many books.
The Nook is in color ,is a touch pad ,unlike Kindle ,and has a lot more internet functions.
Both the Kindle and the Nook have free apps for computers ,phones and Ipads.

Jeff Ashton posted on his official Facebook page that FCA's picture will be on the cover of the book. He did not want this to happen according to him but it was the "publishers call." UGH! He said the only thing he controls is what is written in the book. I hope the publisher changes his/her mind. Until then, I will get my duct tape ready to make my own book cover.
