While there seems to be an obvious sexual component to the motive, even DC stated in the April 2019 PC that "this was about control to you (killer)." He took them away from the bridge by force, one or both girls were undressed, they were murdered, moved, staged, with signatures left behind, and the FBI agent in the RL affidavit submitted that photos were likely taken to memorialize. IMO, it just sounds like the foundation for a lot of what we've heard is built off of a profile, IMO. I would be very interested to see how well RA fits that profile when his life and personality is better understood. Honestly, the public knowledge of RA, at this point, is a big void. JMO.

Agreed, but the public has no knowledge of any of these types until after they're apprehended. Bundy was a good looking law student, BTK a Head Deacon in his church, John Wayne Gacey a beloved goofy member of society, and now the LISK, a well respected business owner. Control is a number one component of r a p e or SA. So many of these types of monsters hide in plain sight. They can live a secret double life that nobody but themselves knows about, not even their spouses.

RA has been referred to as a quiet, 'loner' type by neighbors and patrons at the bar he frequented. What did he do during all his alone time I wonder? Drinking? Did he spend it on the internet? Or just walking the MHB looking at fish wearing matching clothing of a child killer on the one day 2 young girls were out of school (on a fluke) and brutally murdered, seen by witnesses and placing himself there generally, but then also changing his timeline when he found out there were witnesses and time stamped photos.

I think there will evidence of RA's predilections recovered from the SW and revealed at trial and I think it's going to be appalling. What happened to Abby and Libby both mentally and physically the way their poor bodies were tortured and staged is beyond anything I can imagine. I believe RA = BG = Child Killer and I hope he goes away forever.

Almost nothing this judge does or doesn't do surprises me. This part, however, raised my eyebrows:
"The Court finds the evidence contained in Defendant's Exhibits A and B attached to the Motion is relevant and admissible. The Court further finds the probative value of such evidence is not substantially outweighed by its prejudicial impact, and that the evidence will not confuse or mislead the jury. Defendant's Motion to Transfer (filed January 12, 2024) taken under advisement pending the State's response, if any, and a hearing to be set. State's Motion to Amend Information (filed January 18, 2024) will be set for a remote hearing."

Judge Gull today reversed her 11/14/2023 Orders regarding setting hearings for Suppress Motion and Franks Motion under Scremin and Lebrato:

"Former attorneys represent to the Court they will return all discovery to the State of Indiana by the end of the week. Counsel ordered to do so to enable the State to provide that discovery to Attorneys Scremin and Lebrato. Court encourages former attorneys to cooperate with Attorneys Scremin and Lebrato for the benefit of the defendant. Court notes two (2) pending motions (Motion to Suppress, Motion for Franks Hearing) and will await a report from Attorneys Scremin and Lebrato and Prosecuting Attorney McLeland regarding hearing dates."

"If the defendant's new counsel inform the Court they intend to pursue the Franks Motion, the Court will schedule a hearing."

This is the problem, imo. She is likely very capable of ruling fairly, but now with all the baggage between her and the D team, the "appearance" of bias is going to be like a scar to this case if she doesn't recuse. Will it be an issue, or not? IDK, but it seems a dangerous game to play.

Of course, this is an order only; she's made a bunch of decisions. The detailed decisions should eventually hit the docket and then (it's reasonable to expect) we will see her reasoning.

I’m very curious whether JG can do what no one else seems to be able to do: find even one other case in which an unspent bullet was matched to an individual gun.

Of course the state is given another opportunity for press about RA’s crimes. Of all of these motions this one seems like the least necessitating a hearing IMO.

2 Major points made by this attorney:

- They should have filed these charges initially so they are basically correcting an oversight

- This leaves the door wide open that there was an accomplice.

The FBI established that #RonLogan, now deceased, killed the Abby and Libby. His home was merely 1,400 Feet from where their bodies were found. (See attached affidavit for more details)

Were Allen and Logan both involved?

There is a lot of exculpatory evidence that exists. That's just facts. And wait until the Frank's Hearing, assuming Judge Gull allows it.

Allen purportedly confessed to the murders while in Max Security Prison and if he did, was he in his right mind?

Did he Confess to anyone before his arrest? Was that how he got on law enforcement's radar? Hmmm
