Perhaps but highway 25 wraps around Delphi providing access from the south(driveway/rd to house),north(cemetary),and west(entrance)to monon high bridge.Checking the weather history for feb 2017 in Delphi,the 12th was sunny hi 50,13th sunny hi 45,and 14th sunny hi 50,I think its plausible.Sunny 45 degrees that far north in Feb is a warm day,probably why the girls went out there because they wanted to enjoy the sunny and warm day too.

The Sandy Hook Report was released in 2013 and it also has hours of videos from processing the scene in addition to photographs. I JUST found it, so I am not sure if it shows anything like JBR or O.J. I am currently downloading the 1st video of the processing of the scene from inside the school. Not everybody has a stomach for this stuff, but I do through my job. I'll update later on what it shows. I really hope they got the kids out before they processed the scene.

There is an entire conspiracy theory based on Sandy Hook being a hoax of some sort. Alex Jones, for example, suggested that on his "InfoWars" show for years. This guy looking up the bodies doesn't necessarily reveal that he was interested in grim photos of dead bodies, but may just suggest he was interested in researching the conspiracy claims for himself. It was something that came to my mind when I saw that in the interview transcripts.

I personally don't think KAK or his father did this. This crime was perpetrated by a very smart and technologically savvy man, IMO. I am not of the belief that KAK or his dad are that. This perp is a very intelligent guy who has managed to cover his tracks well enough to stay free and clear of LE's radar for many years despite possibly the largest investigation in Indiana state history.

I mean he really didn't have to be a genius..if he somehow got the password for the shots account he could log in..but I feel like there were no log ins from outside...so I think they concluded it's someone within a very small circle that have access to the house or the places KAK would go like his dealer's house.they seem to want to pin down all the places KAK was and where those phones were.
Is it more than one person ? or is it just one person? a person who says he doesn't leave his house?

then they turn around a year later and say they are closely looking at JBC.

so for me it's that third party they are trying to identify...but the evidence has been tampered with
phones wiped clean...reset on Libby's phone and one of them not even collected for weeks or months..

Im so torn, except the investigation thus far leads me to think they are looking for that other person.

potentially let's say KAK shows his content around to folks at his dealer or barber, whatever and some guy asks can he use the phone? He could maybe get into saved passwords , whatever..he could stick his head out the bathroom door and be like " dude , it timed out , I need the PW "

could be that easy, the cops know it..and the only reason KAK doesn't give it up is that he is up to his eyeballs in it and will be charged..

added: He 100 percent knows about it and knows about arrangements to meet.

I feel like I am missing something. Is there some reason that people naturally associate motorcycles with the murder of these girls?

On another note, the ride was organized by a friend of the mother of Abby. Apparently, thousands of people signed up. It looks like the weather was beautiful that day, too, and it seems that when the weather is nice, people in the area don't really consider biking to be unusual.

Man, I still can't see either of these father and son pieces of human excrement matching BG. I just don't see it...even with less weight and younger. Even comparing to the sketch, I personally am just not seeing it.

Knowing that BG must be the murdered (as LE has said that because probably Libby's shaky video continued to record maybe in her pocket and that is when the movement "down the hill" happened while it was still recording the audio. LE knows BG is involved.

My crazy theory (more like just a guess) is that the other Anthony Shots account user was JBC.

The theory being that LE does not have enough evidence on JBC (no good DNA just circumstantial evidence) but they can lean on KAK to give him up. KAK won't give him up because JBC has other damaging dirt on KAK. JBC is the only person I have seen that resembles BG as well as we can see in the blurry images. If KAK implicates JBC, then that is enough.

I think they would have had evidence of Anthony Shots account on JBC's devices from the seizure of his phone, computer etc.. but that he probably didn't have the same devices he did back in 2017 since he was just arrested in 2021.

it may just be wishful thinking, but that's my (uneducated) 2 cents worth.

If KAK is not the murderer, but knows who the murderer is, I suggest he should be given immunity for his CP crimes in return for his testimony against Libby and Abby's murderer. Its crazy if the murderer is known to LEO and yet they can not arrest him. They need to do what it takes to put the killer of Abby and Libby behind bars for the rest of his life. Immunity to KAK might be one way to do it. MOO

they can't give him immunity..unless he had no hand in it. or it was merely transactional and he didn't know the girls would be murdered...which given his predilections is unlikely since he trades in digital media. it's so sad that he was allowed to fudge the other phone..a huge lost opportunity.

LE was in the Peru home and took every one of KAK's devices...except the iPhone5. In their interview on Feb. 25, 2017, at the house, LE reported that KAK told them his primary phone was the iPhone5, then it says he called days later to tell them he had found it. Clearly, he must have told LE he didn't know where it was, and LE never spotted it during their search, which was obviously for digital devices, since they took them all.

While KAK was away at his polygraph, and TK was at home, the phone shows up on "top of the microwave." Nothing was tampered with during the time KAK was away, seemingly. So how did it get missed, and how did it get found? Where was it during the search, and did it reappear while KAK was away? I mean, it could potentially indicate that TK was in possession of it just before the search, but didn't want that known. But at the very least, he maybe located it while his son was away, but how? It apparently wasn't where LE could find it.

I do NOT believe someone else outside the home was in possession of the phone, however, because if TK contacted someone else to bring it back, there would be a phone or digital trail of that communication (unless that was deleted, as well), not to mention someone swinging by the house to return it. Plus they had just gotten home from Vegas. IMO, that phone was in the house. I'd love to know if there was any activity on it immediately before LE showed up with the search warrant.

KAK reports that when he got home, he told his dad he had been questioned about the Delphi girls. Then, suddenly, he's deleting stuff. A_shots stuff. All of it. Then his dad lies on FB saying KAK hadn't been at home for a long time...

It all stinks.
