So sorry, I hit post before I finished my thought. I edited the post immediately to explain my line of thinking. Please re-read.
Perfect! Thank you.

My house once was broken into while we were away. The burglar rifled through our clothing drawers, including the ones where I stored my panties and bras. I used the same words -- "violated" and "raped" to describe my feelings afterward. It's not uncommon. JMO
Any theories why RL's attorney requested a postponement of the violation of probation hearing?
Maybe he doesn't like today's teenagers when he isn't shaken by a gruesome murder of 2 little girls but remembers instead how his boy was "playing around here all the time when he was 13yo" (long time ago).

I'm behind but that 2 year consecutive sentence is referring to a prior sentence of 1 year, so total 3 years, putting probation active through 9/15/17.Didn't RL's conviction state that he would have a 2 year suspended sentence *followed by* 2 years of probation ('consecutive')? If the conviction was in 2014, would that mean that his suspended sentence ended in 2016, however his probation will be until 2018? Just wondering.
this is part of RL's report from doxpop.com

(Gotcha, wasn't being snarky, was just sayin' )
. Meth brings the evil out in people. Horrific crimes and negligence are committed by meth users.
The stance and sloping shoulders are identical. The facial features of BG are so obscured/pixelated that half of what you see is in your head.Yes, I agree. I have always been of the opinion that BG was an older man and IMO, RL has the same postural tendencies as BG.
What will they find or not find on his computer?
(I was so distracted by this thread yesterday that I gathered some bottled waters and carried them into the kitchen to make a pot of coffee and was THIS CLOSE to pouring them into the toaster when I realized "shoot, wrong appliance!")
I could see "Violated"... Rape is pretty specific to a sexual assault though.
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/rape
" The crime of using force or the threat of force to compel a person to submit to sexual intercourse."

RL is looking BAD.
If not the Perp or abettor, looks like he may have some mental issues.
He's really pushing the narrative that he's the Victim.
And I have to wonder about his attitude to the Law in his corner there.

There is more than one definition for the word rape. It does not always mean sexual assault.
It can also mean: an act or instance of robbing or despoiling or carrying away a person by force
or an outrageous violation

I wonder if it's possible that the girls decided to cut through RL's property in an attempt to walk to Abby's house instead of being picked up?
