Jacqueline Kirby with The El Paso County, Colorado Sheriff's Office told the station there are "similarities" in the cases and didn't rule out a possible connection, but said officials in Indiana have asked them not to release further information.
I believe his charges in IN are non-extraditable. I don't think CO can hold him for the alleged crimes in IN. IF he posts bond, I think he walks. JMO

I'm recalling that someone described a car at the trail entrance the day the girls went missing - anyone with a working memory recall the description? It might not match the description of the car in Colorado, but perhaps a car he was using in IN. Anyone have that info handy, or am I mis-remembering?

Well, duh.
I asked if they've said in what manner? How? Stabbing, shooting, strangulation etc. Following this case closely and I've never seen it leaked.

"We are aware of the arrest of the person in Colorado and are investigating to see if he could be a suspect in the Delphi double murder investigation," Riley said by phone.
"We will give the same attention to the person arrested in Colorado, but right now, there is nothing that definitively connects this person to our investigation."
