I'm from just south of Indianapolis and a friend of mine had a missing flyer of Jessica in her house. I asked her about it and she said it was her close friend's sister. She looks SO familiar to me though, like I've met her before...it's possible I have. I've dealt with people with heavy addictions, and it's not easy. I'd like to think she's still in Indiana somewhere and just ran off with her addiction. I hope she's all right out there and comes home to be with her family as soon as possible.

Jessica has been missing for almost 6 months...Starting to think she met with foul play.

Snipped from article above:

Police said they don't believe foul play is involved. Masker's family disagrees.
Edwards said Maskers, the mother of two young children, had a drug problem and was in a stormy relationship with a man who remains jailed for assaulting her.

Masker's family believes the woman was abducted by someone she knew.

After 6 months, surely if she were willingly missing due to addiction, she would have been picked up by now for arrest, overdose, etc.

Maybe someone associated with her abusive ex has something to do with her disappearance. Just a thought.

The facial resemblances on most of these is startling. I would be curious to have them compared using facial software...I have read that people subconsciously seek out certain facial characteristic types that they prefer. I would be curious to see what a computer could determine, how much they actually do resemble each other using facial similarities.

Having a missing loved one shatters a family

Masker vanished from Indianapolis’ southeast side, just north of Garfield Park, after her aunt dropped her off at her cousin's house. She had just been discharged from the hospital after a suspected prescription drug overdose. She left her cousin’s house, and no one has seen her since.

On Jessica’s 28th birthday in March, the family gathered to release balloons. Jessica has nieces and nephews she has never met. She doesn't know that her youngest son, born prematurely just before she disappeared, pulled through and now thrives.

Four years later, and still no sign of Jessica. Where are you?

I live just northeast of Indy and uncovered some information online in the court system about Jessica. I have spoken with a detective with IMPD Missing Persons Unit this afternoon so I'm hoping the information leads to the announcement she has been found safe and sound. Will keep you all updated if I hear back from IMPD. I
Praying she is found safe and sound soon!
