Thanks for the updates @FrostedGlass !

Wonder what kind of plea deal she got....
Looking at what Mathis got: 912 days with actual days served being 492 (while waiting for this case) plus good time credit, he accrued 984 days toward his sentence.

One might guess that she could get the same deal, except for good time credit, but who knows???

Her other case could possibly be more problematic that this one. If she violated probation in White Co and that's the reason for this entry, then she's going to have to deal with that, too:

05/25/2021 = Document Filed
White County Home Detention Denial Letter
Filed By: Newton County Probation Dept

Okay @FrostedGlass .... my memory is not as good as it used to be - what's the charge in White County? TIA!

This is not within my realm of expertise  ; her cases are so convoluted they're almost impossible to follow based on the info we have. Other than this probation transfer to White Co, I don't see any criminal charges for her out of that county. She has one small claim there that was settled last year.

Probation transfer from Tippecanoe County cause number 79D06-1404-FD-68. Carroll County does not accept sanctioning authority. Defendant enters plea of guilty to Count III-Operating While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction (Class D Felony). The Court finds a factual basis for the plea and enters judgment of conviction on the charge of Count III-Operating While Intoxicated with a prior conviction (Class D Felony). Written plea agreement filed. The Court accepts plea agreement and imposes a fine of $500.00 and sentences defendant to 730 days in custody of the Indiana Department of Corrections. The court finds the defendant has 1 day jail time credit/1 day good time credit, for a total of 2 days credit for time served. The court suspends all of the fine and 460 days of the sentence of imprisonment and places defendant in Tippecanoe County community Corrections for 270 days at a level to be determined by the executive director of community corrections. Defendant is to contact community corrections within 7 days and begin the first available date. If defendant is rejected by program for any reason, remaining balance shall be served in custody of the Indiana Department of Correction. If placed on supervised probation and ordered to serve executed time, you must report to your probation officer if a waiting period will occur before commencement. Should defendant violate a term or condition of Tippecanoe County Community Corrections the executive director shall have sole discretion as to alternate placement. Defendant is placed on 460 days probation at a level to be determined by the probation department, uopn the terms and conditions. Court will allow and recommend term and conditions completed in White County.

snipped...

Maybe to assess "where" she'll go? I really don't know...
This is for the Bowen case; was ISP involved in that one? (so many cases, so little memory)

For Indiana males sentenced to IN DOC (not sure about females), after sentencing they are sent to Reception Diagnostic Center in Plainfield, Hendricks Co. It's there that they are evaluated to determine which facility to sent them to. That process takes time; Owen just arrived at RDC a couple of days ago...he was sentenced in Elkhart on June 10.
