Raelynn is a Botkins 10th grader.

This guy, whoever he is, walks with a limp or some issue with his left foot IMO. Does anyone else see in the video posted by the ABC affiliate the way his left foot turns out when he pushes his weight off? Very distinctive.

Hope she's found soon.

If the building plaque is accurate, he is walking out of the Ossian Branch of the Wells County Public Library. No books in his hand. They should check books that were returned the day of the photo. Also public computer usage.

I wasn’t sure of the difference, so I looked it up.

Amber Alerts
are for children under the age of 18 who have been abducted and in danger of serious bodily harm or death.

Silver Alerts are for missing endangered adults, high risk missing people or missing endangered children. Most often, but not always, it pertains to those with a mental or physical disability.

What is an Amber Alert? What is a Silver Alert? Here's the difference.

With a possible foot injury he may have a handicap sticker or handicap license plate......fwiw.....he'd park in specific spots

ALso I think you have to have a temperature check before entering...my library requires temp check and they take your name before you enter...
