I have to say I am very confused as to why there has not been an arrest.

1.Hair found in the trunk that was Cayles and has "death rings on it" and smell in car.
2.Her constant lying to LE and the so called "NANNY" (which none have checked out).
3. Neighbor saying she had borrowed a shovel and did not return it for some time.
4.Her showering @ a neighbors sometime after borrowing shovel.
5. Most obvious, her constant lies to LE when the are trying to help her find her daughter.

WHY HAS SHE NOT BEEN ARTRESTED!!!!! You hear of other criminals arrested on much less. I do not get it. And I only listed a few things here that are puzzling!

She will be, but we have to patient while prosecution builds their case. It would be a shame to charge her too early and then not get a conviction. Even though she has been tried and found guilty in the court of public opinion, technically all the evidence is circumstantial. Once someone is charged the trial is imminent. There is no statute of limitations on murder, so they have all the time in the world, and you can't be tried twice for the same crime. If they charged her now and she was found innocent *game over*. Shades of OJ.

Not saying this is her at all, esspecially since the name is spelled different, but there are only a few comments on Nicoles website that do not have an address, police could try and trace the IP address.

What a beautiful smile and person. I never knew her but just seeing her pictures with that bright smile made my heart bleed when I heard the news that she was taken away, sensely. Unless she means in the park. Man I am sceptical about anything anymore, but I noticed the name the lack of e-mail and the date posted as being BEFORE Casey's arrest. July, 13th.

You could tell me she was involved with Hoffa at this point and I would be searching for evidence of it!

I agree - and while I do -in a strange sort of way - love chasing down and considering all the different theories and clues and friends and places, etc...
I always come back to the simplest solution - the one I thought in the beginning and all along really - that Casey killed Caylee - intentionally IMO - and alone.

But I really am seeing more of an altered reality type thing lately regarding her mental state. She's not just an evil liar and a thief - there is something more - she's truly crazy I think.

Was it all as simple as BSitter told KC she supected someone of the murder in park and that someone threatened them both. Few days later suspect is dead and in the trunk and Caylee is sent away for safe keeping. Wish we knew the money trail to see if it is possible KC stole enough to protect sitter and Caylee for awhile? I'm sure the BSitter would be afraid to return now with all that has happened with KC, maybe her thinking is to wait for LE to say dead body is not that of Caylee but suspect who threatened them.
Maybe KC witnessed the murder of this suspect and he was put in her trunk. I dunno but have always thought there is a connection to Nicole and possibly JKesse.

I read this entire post--here is the cheat sheet for this post....Ganguzza, Nicole - murdered at J Blanchard Park June 10. Casey's date for dropping off Caylee was June 9th at ZG apt #210. Casey Anthony claims she went to Blanchard Park June 9-to look for her missing daughter and nanny-ZG. 2ND LIE Casey states later that Caylee was abducted from J Blanchard Park by ZG and her sister Samantha. -June 9th-had a horrible rain storm that afternoon/early evening. Casey said Zany was 26 years old 5'6 - 5'7 Brown Hair, Brown Eyes 140 pounds; Nicole was 26 years old 5’4 Brown Hair, Brown Eyes 130 pounds… Nicole went missing June 10th, body found June 11th with her purse in front seat of her car. Nicole was from NJ and was finishing her master degree at UCF. Casey claims to friends she had applied to enter fall semester at UCF. Nicole G was jogging in J Blanchard Park -but her body was found in Econlockhatchee Trail; Casey says her mom didn't want her jogging in JB Park, not even along "Econlockhatchee Trail"….Casey left her purse in the front seat of her car abandoned it on June 26. Chloroform may have been used in both cases as surmised by the news media and le. Casey states Caylee loved it at JB Park. And the reason CA changed her story was because she remembered LE saying that they had sawgrass on video cam...and CA was 'not there'. She knew the jig was up. She chose Blanchard out of random information. So... if Caylee's body is found, she can accuse the Blanchard Park murderer. KC just took the fear that everyone was feeling and tried to weave the BP rapist story into her own timeline. TYPICAL BEHAVIOR of a soicopath-pathalogical liar.

I don't think this is at all plausible.

1. There was a known problem with sexual assaults in Blanchard park, most likely NG is a victim of this same perp.

2. Casey would IMO not be strong enough to pull NG into a wooded area. Casey is not particularily strong or physically apt.

3. While we know little at this point about the particulars of NG's murder, we do know it was very brutal and a horrific scene. It would be unusual for a female to murder another female in this manner- while not unheard of, it would be distinctly unusual.

4. The thicket was *very* dense and brambly. NG had numerous scratches and abrasions from being dragged through it, so would the perp. We have lots of photos of Casey around June, IIRC there is no evidence of this on her body.

5. I think Casey keeps mentioning this park because Caylee's body can be found there. She has staged the hand-off of Caylee in this location to legitimize her presence there.

I really *really* doubt that the cases have anything in common. There has been at least one rapist at work in the area for a long time, and Orlando has a large population. In any large population you are going to see violent crime.

Points 2 through 5 may be difficult but not immpossible.

Regarding point 1. There is no rampant rapist in this park, this is a wonderful part of town and a clean side of town. There was an attack in 2006 and another in 2007 then Nicoles murder in 2008 and another attack within maybe 5-6 miles away? That is not a known problem with sexual assaults. When you say that it makes it sound like they happen daily or several times a month even. There are homless that live in the woods all over central florida, they move around alot these attacks could be completly seperate and not related what so ever, the police have not been able to tie any of them together at all.

My point is just because some things have happened over the years does not discount this could have been done by an angry woman over circumstances I have previously mentioned.

Granted I am a man but I seriously do not think there is a "psyco" on the prowel in Blanchard park, I am sure many women see this happen once or twice a year and think that is the case. Now he may return but I would think if this is a homeless man that he moves often and would not repeat his crime in the same place. An open mind is what will beat this case for sure. Granted I may be too open hey thats how you think outside the box aye?

Also to note the trail at blanchard park is 10 miles long maybe? It covers alot of territory!

Anyways they're doing dna testing to see if the 'Eastside Rapist' might have been arrested in Brevard Co.

I hear that LE has just released 600 new pages of docs; going to go look for them now.

It isn't new news, it's no news. There has been *no* mention of this in any media source.

It is just as much idle speculation as the whole NG/Casey connection, which in reality does not exist.

It may not but then again it may. That is the whole point of what we do here no? Sleuth for truth?

Remember, people thought the world was flat at one point in time, until someone discovered the truth. I think there are some coincidences here between the two cases that a Law Enforcment Officer could investigate, they can get records that could prove or disprove a connection with "counseling" I would start there then check for chloroform. If those two tie in then check the clothing etc etc etc.

Unless they reveal more information to us in the NG case we are kinda stuck at these strong coincidence.

Yes, pure coincidence. The only place I have posted about chloroform and Nicole is here. But now it does make me wonder if I really did read it somewhere on the internet news because apparently someone else out there thinks they did too. Maybe it was something that was mis-reported and then corrected...I don't know. All I know is that I read it somewhere.

I found the other web site where it is discussed at length. I read until I went crosseyed, and I never was able to find where it was verified.
I saw a few other sprinklings of mentions of same on other blogs, but again, nothing with any verification.
I then did a long search through news... nothing.
I couldn't pinpoint the origin of it.

They went to the tow yard on the 15th. They called 911 on the 15th. The car was at the Anthony home when the police arrived on the 15th. Casey was arrested after the visit to Universal on the 16th. Cindy was at the tow yard with George on the 15th.

It's a shame that LE has to tie up so many resources to unravel Casey's deceit. These resources could be used to solve this Nicole G. murder.
The number of lives that Casey's lies touch are incredible.
We are all connected. The devastation is far reaching.

One detail that has really bugged me, and I don't know why, is Casey's purse on the front seat of her car. It had to be left deliberately. Very interesting that the jogger's purse was on the front seat of the car also. I have wondered why Casey kept saying June 9, June 9, June 9.

It seems that Casey picks pieces of facts from various people's experiences, news stories and things from her past - in her mind it gives credibility to her stories. However, all her stories somehow become disjointed and unproveable. The courtroom trial - and I truly believe this will be tried in a court of law - will be a doozy. I feel sorry for the poor jurors who are given the task of sorting through the pieces of many different jigsaw puzzles, trying to find at least two pieces that appear to fit together.

I would love to hear someone ask Casey these questions:

"So, when you dropped Caylee off at the Sawgrass apartment, what color umbrella was Zenaida Gonzalez carrying?

"Did Caylee have a raincoat on?"

"Did you or Caylee get wet?"

"What was Zenaida wearing?"

"Describe Zenaida Gonzalez."

"What vehicle were you driving?"

"Was there a car seat in the vehicle you drove?"

Of course, this won't happen because Casey will never take the stand, but I can dream can't I?
