Jumping in here though I'm sure Just K has the same information. The offenses are listed under the Newport News Circuit Court Criminal Division. Same birth date as JM - 12/14/**. Here are the links but they will probably time out. If so you can enter his name in the fields as directed.

So, I've been thinking...we are busy comparing what is the same about various cases but what about what's DIFFERENT?

2002 rape: we don't know details but we know he was identified and questioned and charges were not filed. It appears the college considered it more of a dAte rape situation, which of course is NOT ok but in 2002 it's possible they would have chosen to downplay it to avoid legal issues/reputation status, etc.

2005: woman walking alone, he was visible to her briefly then attacked from behind as she was about to enter her residence. A sketch was made from this incident. He wasn't seen with her at any point.

2009: Morgan Harrington. Appears to be very much a crime of opportunity. He knew there may be intoxicated/impaired women in the area due to the concert and maybe planned to lurk in the parking lot? But found Morgan possibly hitchhiking and abducted her. If he was driving a cab that would have made the abduction easy as he would have offered her a ride, and she would have been more likely to trust him. But if she was hitchhiking she may have taken the ride in his private vehicle just because she was feeling desperate and supposedly he can come off as a nice guy. Either way he wasn't seen with her.

2014: Hannah Graham. JM may not have known or thought about the surveillance cameras in the area, but most definitely was seen with Hannah walking and was seen with her at Tempo and leaving Tempo. THIS IS DIFFERENT.

Hope this is the right place to ask this since this thread has to do with timelines.....read an article on LJM's timeline by a journalist with the last name of Coy....read the comments and one resonated with me because I was wondering the same thing.....what was LM's timeline Saturday morning? Was he scheduled to work at the hospital? If so, did he show up? Who was the first person to see him later Saturday morning? the roommates? What do they know...I'm sure they were questioned. Does anyone have this info? If time can be established between when he was seen with Hannah and when he appeared somewhere Saturday....it would tell how long he had to dispose of the body and could limit the places he could travel to and back from in that amount of time.

IIRC somewhere back in the numbered threads someone posted that LJM failed to show up for their son's football practice at Covenant school on Saturday a.m. Not sure of the practice time. Of course LE probably knows if he was home asleep at that time or out of the apt from interviewing the roommates. Timeline info for Saturday would really help in the SAR thread.

Sherloch: The woman who called the police after encountering JLM on Gilchrist beach looks to be in her forties or fifties. She did so (God bless her) because he scared the buhgeebies out of her when he stopped his car so abruptly that it threw up sand and stared at her menacingly. The article doesn't list her age and refers to her only as "Karen" but she is not a college-aged or younger woman. So maybe he preferred younger women but would murder/rape/assault outside of his preferred age range if he thought he could get away with it. So I think the older women, including Bonnie Santiago should stay on the list for now. The article with video is listed below.

Maybe he was very impaired. Maybe he never plans to kill but it turns out that way and he covers up. Maybe he was hoping for consensual. It would be interesting to know if there are many/any women who went home with him willingly from bars etc., whether impaired or not, and left alive and well. I wonder if there are any clues in his past relationships, whether he revealed unusual sexual behaviour or violent behaviour. I know there was the ex girlfriend he didn't marry, supposedly because because she wasn't religious enough, I'm sure she knows a lot. I can only imagine she must be going through sheer hell discovering her partner was potentially a serial rapist and killer, ugh. .

She was drunk though, you do things and say things you wouldn't normally do when drunk as you're not thinking straight and your heads not clear (most people from my experience anyway). Just my opinion of course.

Getting a taxi and hitchhiking are two totally different things. I just find it very hard to believe that drunk or not, a woman like her with a high IQ and "regular" lifestyle would go hitchhiking in the middle of the night.

I do not discount it entirely, but it just seems unlikely. Also, it would have been pure dumb luck on JLM's part, who seems more like the kind of guy who sort of hangs around places and then pounces.

Thanks, but what I was getting at is that his official name(on the roster) at Liberty was Jesse yet at CNU it was LJ. I just don't see how one could get kicked off a team and out of a school and yet end up on another college varsity team the following year. NCAA has strict eligibility rules.

question, what division are these schools in? I know if you transfer from one D-1A (or whatever the new politically correct name for it is) school to another you have to sit out a year BUT, at least as of a few years ago, if you transferred from a D-1A school to a D-2 school you don't have to sit out. I'm guessing CNU is at best D-2 and likely D-3 so maybe that explains it.

As far as I recall he wasn't stealing the phone as such but grabbing it in rage as the other driver was attempting to film him or call police from his actions, I can't remember, I'll check.
