I noticed that every time she mentions that they had a fight.....they never say what the fight was about....just the sex afterwards.....

And of course none of the fights are EVER JA's fault and she never makes them worse or contributes to them.

Maybe I didn't make my point well. I doubt there was anal, vaginal or him giving her oral sex. Because he would have been afraid of STD's and pregnancy. (And the thought of oral probably disgusted him if he hadn't had a lot of experience) IMO

I suggested the only sex was her giving him blow jobs. And yes one could get some STD from that, but highly unlikely and depending on how much sex-ed he had, he might not have known that.

It wasn't a discussion on STD's, it was a question about has anyone heard her mention condoms and my conclusion was that if she hasn't mentioned condom use, then I bet the only sex was her giving him oral.

No no no, Jodi took this man by the hand and led him into her very sexual world. She was very experienced and I am sure it was TOTALLY and mutually satisfiying for both. I highly doubt oral disgusted him. lol. I also belive there was no pregnancy because he never tapped the Va jay jay. Thank goodness!!

I feel so sorry for Jodi's little brother. They were just scanning the courtroom when they went to break and his dad and mom got up and walked out without a word to him and he just sat there, looking down towards the ground. He looks traumatized...poor kid!

I agree with you. Out of all the people on The defense side, I feel sorry for him. He is young and I am sure, wishing he were somewhere else. I don't think he asked to go to court. I think he was dragged to court under the premise that it would look better for the jury. What kind of mother would want their child exposed to all this graphic sexual testimony?

Thanks to everyone for all of the updates.
My boss came to the lobby and switched the station from ESPN to Cnn (I think) all I heard was the word "anal" and "oral". I knew immediatly what he had put on (of course he did not). Thank goodness the only customer was a bit elderly and was not paying attention. I am guessing the tv will remain on ESPN forever and the remote will mysteriously vanish.

I don't know how old the brother is but he looks early high school to me. I wonder if he wanted to be in court to support her and if so did his parents talk with him about how upsetting it might be. Did her attorneys let the family know that today and these next few days are going to be especially tough? Was it his decision and was he given support and information to make the best choice for him? I would not want my young relative to attend with this testimony.


As for her father, I don't know what his deal is in terms of his history with JA but with his illness he's certainly more vulnerable. I wouldn't want my father there, even to support me, as I'd be too concerned for him that he would have a heart attack or couldn't handle the stress.


Oh well, more things JA will never take credit for, destruction of her own family.

During our trials, the victim advocate did the lookout or escorted us to another bathroom.
