I've never seen anti-pedophile pamphlets at the mall or anywhere else!

I'm just saying what she said. I don't think she gave him anything actually. I don't believe anything that comes out of her mouth.

I wonder when we get to her stabbing Travis if we are going to have to sit through each of the reasons she stabbed Travis. Once for calling her a wh***, once for touching her behind in more ways then one, once for her having to lick all over him, once for not taking her pamphlets..... Even though she admitted that she liked every bit of it and was a willing participant. Poor, poor Jodi.....

I'm kind of calling bs on the he gave her his email password. But it sounds good for the jury I guess instead of the truth.

I hacked into his email, phone and facebook account because I was stalking him.

I know you were responding to something else.. but I just had to jump in here (after looking at the hln map yesterday.. it is in the money thread as well).

When you look at the map you can clearly see that where she rented the car was on her way to the gas cans and the money (dude that was interviewed that loaned her money) and right on her way headed to Mesa. She did one, GIANT, premeditated circle from ykrea to the murder and home again.

So.
Premeditated!

Is it premeditated murder, even if she was going to give him 'one more chance' to make her the choice? She wasn't taking the weapons for nothing... but somehow, someway he let her in and let her stay about half a day.

Evolution of Arias Defense

Jodi Arias Defense I = I wasn't there. I'm like a grieving widow. Feel sorry for me.

Jodi Arias Defense II = The ninjas got poor Travis. I drove them away. Feel sorry for me.

Jodi Arias Defense III = Travis tried to kill me, so I defended myself. Feel sorry for me.

Jodi Arias Defense IV (future) = Travis requested that I perform violent euthanasia upon him; I did so -- against my best wishes -- because as a mindless robot and puppet, I had no choice but to dutifully and blindly obey. Feel sorry for me.

How many think that after she surprised him by arriving at 4am, and the conversation started to go in a direction where he said he loved her, he thought about it and they had a connection and he did not want to lose her, they belong together..

She would still have killed him?

That's the one. How would she know that Travis had spent the night if she wasn't out being a creeper? And who uses the word "whoredom"?

And now we know he spent the night because Lisa was afraid. Because of Arias' stalking behavior.

Not sure how well known this is in North America but the 'V-sign' (palm inwards) is an insult in the UK, Australia and I believe S Africa. It means, bluntly, *advertiser censored** off.

haha YES....the young people in the USA seems to think it means peace.....I cringe when I see them doing it....LOL

I wasn't really there. I astral projected.

Just quick thoughts, haven't really posted in a while, you peeps are doing great work, but I just don't think a jury is buying this. I had a seriously bad feeling about the Casey A. Jury, not this one though. It just seems like she, Jodi, embellishes everything, granted it's her defense, but I think, most people watching this are not with the defense.
Also, I think the prosecution may have been overreaching with the timing of her hair color. Jmo. Also, I missed being on here, because I feel like, well, I am in awe of how smart the posters on here actually are.
Happy Valentine's Day!

I guess where i'm going is was ja going home to yreka when she stopped and gus gave her the phone and i belive it was because she lost hers?

Okay, I just gotta say this - I think gus gave her that phone for it's ability to record blackmail and it is possible he wanted dirt on Travis to to ruin him in the company to boost his ownself.

JMHO - but the guy is dis_GUS_ting.

I think she said they exchanged 2 passwords each. :waitasec: I don't believe it, and it sounds so "high school".

Is it possible for a phone number to be had by more than one person through another carrier? Thanks

The upside-down plates: She did that so if her innocous car was captured by a traffic cam the plates wouldn't be read by the scanner.

When she was being interviewed by the detective and was denying she was in Mesa, she told him to check the red-light camera, because if she had been there the camera would show her car. But then the detective says "But Jodi, it would only take a picture if you ran a red light."

She was thinking that the absence of evidence would prove she wasn't there. If they checked the camera and ran the plates they would have gotten nowhere with a plate that couldn't be read.

At first I thought maybe it was to get pulled over and establish an alibi but she could have been pulled over in Mesa and blown any alibi. Because she brought up the "check the traffic cams" that makes me thinks she thought she was beating the system w/ the upside down plates and they were upside down while she was in Mesa, not switched after the murder so she could be pulled over in Utah. I think after the violent murder she wasn't thinking about the plates. If I'm right, it goes to pre-meditation.

(sorry, not very articulate this morning, hope that makes sense and it is just my best guess)

I wonder if she saw the upside down plates in a movie or read about them in one of her books? I doubt that she is creative enough to come up with that on her own.

She planned to kill him if he told her it was really over. It took him 12 hours to get that out.

Agreed. If he'd told her he loved her and wanted her to marry him she wouldn't have killed him.
She couldn't accept that they were "over".

I do believe it was premeditated in that if things didn't go her way there would be hell to pay.

MOO

He very well might have if he has an email that he did not use anymore. On his myspace. I did see two pages he had. One public and one private. It does make me wonder if he did give her the password, but then again she could have been lurking over his shoulder to see the password.

His words to his friends were she was hacking his accounts. He paid her to clean his house, I'm 100% that is how she found the passwords. No one is going to give their password to someone they just broke up with.

If she didn't drive there to kill him, why stage a burglary of the gun she used, why drive 90 miles from home to rent a purposefully nondescript car and why flip the plates on the car before she drove it?

Exactly and why remove her cell phone battery, start making cash purchases (fell off the credit card radar), bring gas cans and buy hair dye product to change her appearance.

JA is exhibiting serious control freak issues while she's rambling. Saying what she wants, correcting her own attorney on the slightest of issues. Even when she sits down to testify, watch what she does. When the jury arrives JA stands/sits the very same way, then uses the very same motions each time putting water in the glass making sure it's filled to the same level replaced in the exact spot.
