Yep! They are saying that the dp should be dropped because Flores perjured himself about the gunshot coming last, and JA testified that it came first. What a joke.

I think Jodi hates everybody except Jodi.

I tend to believe psychopaths view people as bugs for the most part. They'll be superficially lovely and charming when they can gain something from a person and equally abusive and dismissive when that person has served their purpose.

I've read some accounts of psychopaths that express amusement at what they perceive are human frailties and fallibility - our emotions and conscience - and what 'joy' they gain from having the ability to manipulate those.

Again JMO.

I am absolutely certain she some type of sex worker in her past. Here's why:

1. Travis's blog made a crack about looking for Mrs. Right -- but added something like, "If your work involves using a video camera, no need to apply." This made me suspect that TA knew Jodi had done some sex work via video. I think he was taking a veiled swipe at Jodi. Could be online Skype type of work using a fake name; could be an actual video-movie for rental. Maybe she wasn't a big success but it smells like she tried something and Travis knew about it.

2. She was a runaway at 17 who could afford to buy Bobby this, that, and the other? First off, prostitution is how most runaways make money. Otherwise, what 17-year-old can afford to take care of their unemployed boyfriend? Makes me wonder if her Dracula Man from the Fair might have really been a lightweight PIMP.

3. That sex audiotape SCREAMED phone sex worker, through and through. That over-the-top little-girl voice? That was a CHARACTER VOICE, one straight out of a million *advertiser censored*-rated *advertiser censored* movies. And that absolutely asinine, EXTRA LOUD fake orgasm screaming? Oh. My. Gawd. I had to suddenly move my speakers far away and turn down the volume. She sounded completely out of her mind crazy.

Add #4: the fake *advertiser censored* and K-Y Jelly ... #5: her trying waaay too hard to prove she's smart but just acquired her GED, and ... It seems like we're looking at a "Vivienne" wanna-be from "Pretty Woman."

P.S. I'm not clear what the story is behind Jodi's series of bank deposits, but I've wondered if she did a few quick sex jobs to make this money.

Like, I said, her lawyers are no longer needed, she doing a very fine job of hanging herself.

I can't even imagine what it is like having to defend somebody like this nor having this brat anywhere near.

I heard someone say on one of the HLN shows yesterday that there were "letters in which Travis confessed to being a pedophile" but that they had been found to be forgeries. And somehow Matt was at the center of that.

Can someone explain that? I am kind of new to the case, and have never heard about that. TIA!

I'll try and nutshell it for you.

2 years after Jodi had been in prison she decided out of the blue to change her story from A) two intruders came in and killed him - to B) I killed him in self defense. At this same time she presents faked letters she claims Travis wrote wo support her claim. In the faked letters contains dialogue where Travis confesses to being a pedophile and physically abusive to Jodi (how convenient). Considering -had they been authentic- such letters could have saved her *advertiser censored* on day one it was highly suspect why she preferred sitting in jail two years an waited to present evidence she felt would free her.

Also at that same time that she tried to submit the letters, there was a hearing conducted to discuss the validity of her claims (loose interpretation). Apparently at that time just prior to the hearing Former flame Matt McCartney told her attorneys preliminary testimony that showed her to be a liar. So she tried to manipulate him into lying on the stand for her at the pedophile hearing by passing off encrypted messages to him while she was in jail contained on magazine pages.

I don't think so, because it only comes in if she's convicted. This would remove the DP from the plate for the jury to consider. That's how I'm interpreting it.

I thought the judge had already ruled that the sequence of fatal wounds/injuries wouldn't affect the determination of cruelty, and that the case would remain a DP case.

That was her ruling shortly after the mistrial hearing re what Flores originally thought (misunderstood) per Dr. Horn's statements, findings and final determination.

Guess they're going over her head because they didn't get the answer they wanted...
