Could she have been priming Matt with the "pedophile" story? Was she hoping to steal Matt's gun or "borrow" it to kill Travis? She could have implicated Matt if she left his gun at the scene. Maybe she thought using her grandpa's gun would be too obvious, so she was wanted Matt's gun?

She is recounting the ninjas story, and gets to the part where they were "arguing whether or not to shoot her"...

It dawned on me that she was probably holding the gun to her own head and threatening suicide (that's perhaps when he grabbed her "like a linebacker" and she shot him...?)... I can totally picture her taunting him with the gun.

Or maybe she did attempt to shoot herself and the gun didn't go off (jammed?). Maybe she had planned on offing them both, so they could be together???:furious:

I just hear a lot of kernels of truth in this detailed recounting, which she already admitted was based upon Travis and her...Just trying to piece it together...

I was looking at a map of her itinerary. Starting in northern California, she drives south. This is the wrong direction for going to Ryan in Utah. But it is exactly the right direction to go to Travis in Arizona. That tells me it was always the intent to go to Arizona, and the Jury will see it too, I think.

Then, leaving Travis house, she heads NW instead of North to Ryan and goes through Nevada. Why would she do that? Because if she went from Southern California directly to Ryan in Utah, she would have to go through Nevada. So she can pick up some Nevada receipts to show she went in that direction instead of to Arizona.

I think all the visiting of friends was a cover to head South, because the intent all along was to go to Arizona. I hope JM calls her on this.

Yes he did, and I was happy for him. He said he still plans to try some cases, but he has said repeatedly that his blood starts pumping when he is arguing a case in the courtroom (probably much like Juan).
I think it's a passion for both men, and I just hope Jeff doesn't regret his choice wishing he could get his fingers back in the pie.
Passionate excellent prosecutors both, or in Jeff's case, were.

IMO the only thing she could have done was slit his throat in the shower /at sink.
He steps out looks in mirror blood spewing turns to run spraying walls as he goes.... Drops ij the hall where tile meets carpet. she rolls him over buries knife in chest. Drags him towards shower...

I think the back stabs were just out of frustration. She was pissed because dead weight was
heavier than she expected. She just slashed his back. IMO.

The gun was premeditated to be the 2nd perp.

All the sink spray had to happen 1st. Stabbed in the heart 1st would have affected the spurting seen at the sink.

Just my thoughts.

FWIW, my husband is a certified firearms instructor & he pointed out that it's very unlikely that an abused and untrained woman would instinctively run for a gun to defend herself, especially a gun she'd only seen once before in someone else's closet. He also wants to know where the extra ammo was, why the gun was not in it's case, why he didn't keep it more accessible if it was for home defense, and why a guy like Travis would buy a .25 - apparently NOT a very manly weapon, lol!

I was googling around on it and saw a very white haired Deborah Milke.

She looks a lot different than she did when convicted. I was shocked to see how old she looks. I still remember when her son went missing. I hoped and prayed he'd be found alive and unharmed. Then to find the truth, I was sad and furious all at once.

I saw Wendi Andriano on Snapped. Wow, she was not a bad looking gal before she killed her poor husband and was arrested. I wouldn't have recognized her.

It's a glimpse of what's in store for ja. She's vain and will be very unhappy when she looks in the mirror in a few years. :great:

A bogus double standard argument? I disagree. Who opened the door for this in the first place. JA did. JM introduced this then moved on from there as promptly as he was allowed. What, should the fact that JA was embarassed or ashamed (if that's even possible) be considered a reason to disregard her own words as evidence in a court of law? If it took longer than some think it should have, was only a result of JA and her oppositional attitude and defiant refusal to respond promptly and respectfully. As in most of her testimony, btw.

Imo, this particular strategy was done to get JA riled up. Here she is, spewing out all these unfounded, defamatory, heinous accusations against an innocent victim who has had his life wrongfully and violently taken from him. This man no longer has a voice to defend himself against this psychopathic, cold hearted, calculating murderer and her lies. JM is now doing that. Which makes him a hero, as far as I'm concerned.

I have been watching this entire trial (and re-runs) and I don't understand this. Could someone please explain to me how this math works out?



Is the ceiling picture when the camera had dropped? When JA claims TA got furious with her and came after her? If so, this is where I'm so confused:

-JA claims she dropped the camera
-TA jumps out of the shower towards JA
-JA tries to retrieve the camera
-TA bodyslams her to the floor
-JA rolls over to her left and starts running through the hallway towards the bedroom
-JA exits stage right into the closet with TA hot on her trail
-JA does a Michael Jordon and reaches for a gun stored on the top shelf of the closet
-JA runs back into the bathroom
-TA then attempts to lineback tackle JA at the waist
-JA claims the gun went off while not realizing her finger is on the trigger and then.....Wait...

Umm, how did all this body slamming, running, entering a closet, getting a gun, and tackling fit into the dropped camera/dragging body - 1 minute 2 seconds timespan? I'm not debating the picture timestamps, I'm trying to figure out how JA can claim all this took place.
