AND where is she going with 3 cans of gasoline in the car? I would have to find a gas station to help me get the canned gas into my car.. Better yet, I'd be home again after all the spillage I created trying to hold the clumsy pump thing and fill up a plastic box can thing without causing an explosion. Ok you are allowed to just pour gas in to a thing like that out in the open at a gas station? Why have I never seen this?

Yes. When I need gas for the mower, I pump it into the plastic can. But I place the 'can' in a box because if any gas gets spilled in the car, the car smells.

I was just listening to this afternoon's testimony again and noticed something JA stated that is odd to me. JM is talking about her road trip to Mesa and she states that "we" left early the morning of the 3rd after midnight. Did anyone else catch this and do you know what she means?

Remember the Forensic computer man, witness for the defense? He inadvertently held up the penis pictures (being entered into evidence) so we all got a view. I think the expressions on the computer man's face and on Mr. Mike's, Court reporter, face are so funny! Anyway, was there any discussion in court about them? I know there was plenty of discussion here. Are the pics a done deal?

I'm sure Jodi can explain how he lurched forward one last time, grabbed the camera from around her neck, switched to photo VIEW mode, manually selected each photo (or hunted around for the "Select All" option), told it to delete the photos, and then answered YES to the query of "Do you REALLY want to delete the selected photos?", because when one is down to 1 quart of blood and has given up trying to fight off a vicious, deranged ex-girlfriend/f-buddy, deleting photos from a camera would quite naturally be the last thing you would want do as you exit this earthly plain.

Maybe jodi slipped that 'we' in there on purpose today. Sounds like something she'd do. Just to make the jury think she had help, or the police are keeping stuff from them, or she's taking the rap for someone else. She'd just get off on the confusion.

I just don't want this jury making up its own facts. We've seen that movie already.

He figured out what sleuthers here have known the whole time. I don't even know if he's a real doctor - comes across as more a pop psychologist to me and not someone who should be analyzing people. Real doctor or not, he fails most of the time, IMO.

NOT true-! Dr Drew was talking about Jodi being a psychopath back in January.
Dr Drew is an MD and an addiction specialist. I disagree that he "fails" most of the time. He is right about many things and he does have interesting guests.

I am usually a wine snob although an impoverished one, :blushing:

But I have recently discovered Bota Box wines ($20 ) and the wine cubes from Tar-Jay. ($1&? i think)

They are surprisingly good although I do lose some of the joy of admiring wine label art by buying bottles!

But they are very respectable wines, stay fresh much longer (no vinegary mess relegated to coq au vin or beef stew), and are easy to take to parties.

Sorry for the OT but it's after hours and wine is relevant, lol.

JA talked about them on direct, and again today on cross.
On direct, they were kinda icky and unexpected.
Today she was thrilled with them and downloaded them to her computer.
Can't keep her stories straight ....again.

OMG yes, ok the red thing with the long spout. I ran out of gas in my driveway and my Uncle brought me gas in the red can! OK now that was rather small? Like 12" by 6"?

Hers sound giant...I guess I forgot the little red plastic thing I have had since the 60's but hers sound pretty big. Ok mine looks like it cost $10.00
