Lord, can someone please help me. Okay, last picture of Travis is 5:30 and he shows no signs of being shot or stabbed. But then at 5:32 there is all that blood and it appears Travis is dead on the shower floor. So she had to have immobilized him completely outside of the shower and then dragged him back to the shower? And all that occurred in 2 minutes? I don't understand how she could have done that, and with SO much blood being spilled. Did she slit his throat first thus so much blood? (sorry so graphic)

I was online looking at the crime photo scenes and noticed that the pic on JA's drivers lic there is NO smile but yet her prison mug shot has a smile - I find that odd.

Thinking outloud: what man has a 20 ft decorative rope just lying about the house complete with tassels? Who needs to cut rope in a bathroom when the bedroom had ample room for that? But back to reality, no rope, just a convenient way to place the knife at the scene.


At one point, there was a picture of TA's desk with a check on it from JA - what was the date on that check, anyone know?

I don't know the date on the check but I did hear her ask Det Flores about it on one of the taped phone calls. He assured her it would not be cashed now that Travis was dead.

So she probably had just sent it.

No man. Not even a gay decorator because his rope would be neatly secured in his supplies room. And he would use his Fiskars. Who would need to cut that rope at all? Just slip it over the headboard and do your thing. Yes.

Does she realize that a mistrial means yet ANOTHER trial? It's not like they're going to say it's too expensive to retry her and just let her go. Not going to happen.

Correct, however a mistrial would buy her more time in county jail as opposed to being a convicted murderer on death row, or at the least LWOP. All guilty defendants who realize they aren't going to be acquitted would love a mistrial!

I think every time they show a photo of her naked and/or describe anything to do with sex, and ESPECIALLY anal sex and her willingness/fondness for it, she is SURE she'll be cut slack by at least ONE man on the jury. It doesn't matter which one; she thinks she's every man's fantasy lover.

I hope she's wrong about that.

IIRC, it was 5/25/08. Agree, left it on the desk, or had just given it to Travis that day as her "excuse" for being there.

wonder if the DVD player was a gift to DB's son - I think that is a really good clue . . . . .she made a point of going over to see the child before school started. could this be a swap? . . . a dvd player for a couple of gas cans?

She just ended up with the remote? . . . that is pretty random . . . why would she take possession of the remote and during what time period? While eating breakfast? . . . .

if she is only there about 30 minutes . . . . for breakfast and to get the gas cans . . . .

I think the remote was inside the car and she found it when she started to drive away - or maybe got a call from DB asking where it was? Wasn't her phone still one while she was in that area? IIRC - phone didn't get turned off until heading to Mesa instead of Utah - but I could be wrong

and i would just hate for anyone else to be hurt in any way. I don't trust her, not even behind bars. It would be easy for her to dupe someone into doing things for her making them think they are special to her

Personally I think it is MM that will testify against her but . . . it could be that Donovan ? person who looks very manly and has been on tv recently? . . . she was incarcerated for arson and now is outside . . . someone who supported JA in te beginning but is maybe turning in a different direction now?

It does look like the shower from a distance which could change a theory..

The problem I have with this shooting first though is.. you see Travis' bathrobe still hanging neatly on the hook between shower and tub which makes me believe he was attacked once got Out of shower.. hence the 1st stab to chest (per ME) which brought him to his knees hitting tile (blunt force trauma per ME) by the bathtub area.. bathmat had blood on top plus bottom.. TA crawling and/or attempting to get up going to the right towards sinks while being stabbed in the back (blood on lower part of walls + splatter expert testimony in that area) then JA slit his throat at the sink area (cough blood forward platter) then TA made his way down the hallway using the wall, crawling maybe and landed at the BR doorway (given the amount of blood on carpet).. TA wouldn't go down fast like JA thought he would once slashed his throat but he finally did.. JA dragged him from there to the shower..

IMO he was shot either right before she put him in the shower or after he was already put in it (bullet casing location) JA thinking he wasn't dead yet given the decomp type noises bodies make...

or Not, just my :twocents: since I can't get past the neatly hung robe that appeared to not have blood on it and was not introduced as part of the blood evidence
