He got that all before the jury without a (nonsense) comment back from her. The jury will not forget that moment right before lunch.

Im probably looking way too much into it but when Jodi took off her glasses when she "broke down" I could of swore I saw a smile.. I dont buy one sec she was crying

I totally agree with the real tears. She is pissed, yes. But she also finally cracking. She knows she is losing at her game. The realization that "no jury will convict me" is getting very real for her. Not only convict her, but sentence her to death. Oh, yeah, she will have real tears because for herself when she realizes she can't win!

I have an ex who is a narcissictic azz. 18 years after our divorce he blames ME for MAKING him have an affair and leaving me.

I think Jodi cries because she loved Travis to death, literally, and (in her mind) he made her kill him. It was his fault and if he had only wanted to marry her, he would still be alive today.

That and JM is picking her lies apart before the eyes of the jury. She is not being led through a scripted act by her attorney.

It worries me that the judge let her off 10 minutes before lunch. Juan deserves every single minutes of his time. Lord knows Nurmi got as much as he wanted. This little show of sympathy makes me think she might let her go early or dismiss them for the day every time she goes into full blown "cry" mode. Makes me sick.

This is the WHOLE POINT of the trial - this is the crux, these very last moments of Travis' life and Juan deserved those 10 minutes he just lost.

Don't worry. He won't look like an abusive jerk for rubbing it in. Her defense can't object to her being badgered. A little sympathy from the judge works to our benefit here. She will need to come back collected, and will have to work up the waterworks again. It won't be so easy.

On the picture of him laying on the floor. Where it is the accidental picture of him with blood dripping down his back and her pant leg? She is dressed???

This picture confuses me. How is she standing and where is her leg. I can see his head and shoulder and the blood. His throat has obviously been slit by now in this picture.

But if it was 2 mins from that last picture of him alive to the picture of him here obviously dead or close to death, How is she dressed???

This poor guy. This was just brutal.

Yes, She was dressed when he was in the shower. He was naked.

Someone here I'm sure will post the reenactment photo someone created to show how the accident picture was taken. Basically, it was on the floor, and her foot was directly in front of it... travis was also on the floor.

No. It was a police evidence/crime scene photo.

In the interview with Detective Flores JA mentions the shaving incident with reference to some other day, right? Is JM just wrong or did he knowingly pretend? Obviously Flores agrees with JM's interpretation of that shaving remark. Seemed to me like she was talking about some other time. Any thoughts?

So, based on JA's testimony & claim of self-defense, she can't even say that he tried to chase her because it was all just a "perception" that he was following her, but she didn't look.

Hello - if he hasn't caught you, run out the door and down the stairs to get away from a wet, naked man, who would probably slip on the tile before he could catch you anyway, instead of ducking into the closet to allegedly look for a gun that might or might not be loaded to shoot him with.

In earlier testimony she said that after she 'rolled left' and got up and ran, she could hear him running behind her... Not catching her, not even touching her...

Any thinking person fleeing from potential harm would run out the door - getting them closer to then getting out of the house.

Travis. Was. Naked.

Instead, she runs back towards the bathroom (into the closet - with doors that don't lock... yeah, right) to "get away".

It's not credible. It's not believable. She's crying because finally knows that her story will - not - work.

She is going to have a problem with the gunshot because the ME said the gun was not close when shot--no stipling, gunshot residue.

But it does work if she shot him while he was sitting in the shower and she stood two feet outside the shower with the gun. That fits the wound--2 feet away, no stipling or residue, and from above, right to left.

I think that picture of him sitting with his legs crossed in the shower--no head shot--was taken by mistake right after she shot him. His body looks like he has lost control of it to me--slumped.

Then the gun jams and she drops the camera.

But JM will not agree. He is wedded to the gunshot happened last.
