you stand here in the middle arms outstretched - brings closer to the gun . . . accrding to you he is on you when you shoot him . . .not on me the gun went off then he impactd me . . .
he is coming thru the door - had hands outstretched facing you - he is not stopping - he falls on top of you - he lunges like a linebacker - it went off prior to impacting me . . . weapon goes off when he lunged . . . he went to lunge when gun goes off and he impacted me . . he was moving for my waist . . he comes toward you like a linebacker . . .they get down low and crouch . . . . he got down low and he impactd my torso - I want to know how he was standing - you can define it like a linebacker stance

he got down kinda low - almost like he dove (dived/dooved?)
it was contemporaneous - it all happened so fast
you don't remember anything

it got knocked out of my hand from TA hitting me - we both fell together and he fell on top of me . . .
he's lunging toward you - he is looking @ you when he is lunging?

Yes.
He would have to be LOWER than her based off the trajectory. It's my belief he was on the ground and she was standing when she shot him.
