We know what she did to the last person who she 'perceived' in that way. I don't even believe in the death penalty (I mean I know it exists), but if I were a juror, I would have to vote for it in this case. There is no remorse, no regret, and the damage continues.

A friend of mine told me that he turned on InSession last week not knowing anything about the trial. He thought TA was on trial for attempted murder of JA and thought he should get off just in watching JA on the stand. Then he stayed on the channel to finally realize what the real deal was.

1. Make an original point stronger than it was first time.
2. Prevent rebuttal**
3. Create 'distance', and dilute the impact of cross.

**(Oops! Too late - JA mentioned a 3-way - not sure what the ruling was on that if the judge instructs the jury to dismiss any 'new' information during redirect, I assume those things don't count towards allowing rebuttal).
