I've been here years and have never found that multi quote button. Pray tell where on earth is it?

I was so glad to have my journal as there were many times I could feel this feeling rising in me that wanted to just scream, literally. Listening to this sociopath being aided and abetted by her lumbering , boring, arm twirling attorney painting HER in to a victim is absolutely maddening.

As they got closer to her being in Travis' house and describing things, T's Aunt Heather who was 2 seats from me started crying fairly loudly. She just burst in to tears. Frankly so did I hearing her. It was very very sad...no matter how much this crazy b**** is lying, some of this was descriiptive of his last hours on earth. It was devastating to be near that.

I can't even imagine. How heart wrenching! :tears:

The problem with that is I saw one of his friends on some show and he said that Travis and him would go shooting. Travis did not have a gun and would borrow his. He said Travis would have been excited to tell him he bought a gun.

Thank you. I had not seen that interview.

However, it still goes back to the caliber of the gun used and the irony it was the same as had been reported stolen from her grandparents.

She said she felt like JA would look at JM after answering questions about things relating to premeditation (IE the gas cans). She said she got a vibe from her that she was looking at him like "there you go... There's your answer for that!"

Did you ever notice her looking towards JM like that? I didn't notice it but I was working and mostly just listening.

I can't say that I noticed that at all. I didn't notice her looking at all at JM.

I don't think I would have participated in a relationship where I had to stay "down low" and be someone's dirty little secret. It would have made me feel bad about myself. If I DID do that, I think I would end up mad at MYSELF for allowing myself to be used in that way.

It's so obvious and totally exaggerated today. She's making mistakes now and obviously feeling the fatigue...of herself. She's not even keeping up her lies well.

Just wait until the pit bull prosecutor gets a hold of her no long answers just yes and no Ms. Arias. I would not be surprised if she says he's abusing me.

Poor Travis and his family. Tomorrow is going to be hell for them.

I was going to come out this week but got so engrossed in this trial I forgot I have an Oscar Presents award ceremony for this years documentary's tomorrow night in Beverly Hills. Michael Moore is the host and hubby and I have a romantic dinner planned in LA beforehand. I am still thinking of coming out next week. I will let you know if I will be in town.

Here's what I did:
1) went to pinkp's post and pressed the multiquote button - the one to the right of the quote button
2) pressed quote in Linda's post - it opened a box with both quotes in it.
3) typed this message

anyone have any wild guesses on the gun?

so far she is up to the shower bit and says "I have no gun. I have no knife."

she basically gave up the knife (her version.. which I don't buy)
1) in bedroom cause Travis used it to cut rope
2) from the house (butcher block)

but what is she going to spin about the gun? (she denies robbing her grandparents)

I have a reasonable guess about the gun: She stole it from Grandpa and brought it with her because she was going to get Travis back or kill him.

I think she brought the knife (minute traces of blood can be found, I think, with modern forensic measures today - esp. if the handle is porous material (hardwood, even some composite material can look solid and be strong but under magnification would look porous).

I don't think your average kitchen knife is sturdy or strong enough to do what she did without breaking or handling that apparently single slash 4" deep across his neck. Would have to be extremely sharp for that, I think...

I think she brought the knife w/her too, took it when she left and disposed of it - as she did with the gun.

Occam's Razor and all that. The simplest explanation...

After the break Pam left to go down to appear on Nancy's show so she asked me to take her seat right next to Travis Aunt Heather. It was completely daunting for me.

I just sat there in my mind asking for strength to send down the line to this family. Doing my best to sit there not getting overwhelmed with the abject ABUSE going on in that courtroom and remembering this family needs support.

So, there I sat but didn't take many notes during that portion. I wanted to focus on the family. Both sisters smiled and greeted me. Harold was so sweet and thanked me and hugged me at the end of the day (what a good man).

After the jury left and JA standing there as usual with her Von Trapp pose, she limped over to the defense table and her demeanor changes entirely as she talks to her team. She's animated, looking up as they huddle around her. Honestly it all just makes me ill. But I did watch her for awhile as did the family.

After court I walked down with katie who was headed to an appearance on a local channel then met up with Pam after her Nancy Grace appearance, met Nancy's producer Bonnie who asked me to be a guest on the show later this week or next week. Speaking out about victims issues. Pam had told her about me earlier I guess.

Went out for a lemonade with Pam and talked more about the day. She was quite close to Travis and the whole pedophile business is just appalling to her obviously. It's so over the top.

I just can't wait for Juan.

I'll be back tomorrow afternoon and all day THursday ..most people think Juan won't get to cross til next week. I'll be there then too.

Will write more if I sit here and think of anything else...:seeya:

do sociopaths or psychopaths ever get depressed? i mean i can't imagine being in the circumstances that jodi is in and not feel totally hopeless and depressed.
