Guess she forgot telling the reporters at her press conference that Travis didn't have a gun or any enemies!

So, the jury needs to believe there was a loaded gun in the closet and she just happened to remember it from when she dusted?

If I were on the jury,, I'd be hoping the Prosecutor will decide to change the charge and give her a Plea deal.

I'd never vote a death penalty. I don't think there was premeditation.

That is actually what lost the case of Casey Anthony. No other options given.

I still think there is premeditation when she loaded up with the gas cans. She was trying to hide where she was going in advance.

Yeppers - how can she know her life was over, wait for the inevitable with HUGE GAPS that include her ever stabbing him - and not know that she might have been the most injured and lucky to have escaped? Why would she not be worried he was coming after her to finish the job? Because she has NO GAPS.

I swear I thought she said he had no gun in her interviews early on in the investigation! Others said he had no gun IIRC!

And as we all thought, she testified to stopping once she got across the Hoover dam, so my guess is that there's plenty of evidence that went over the dam. Probably all of it truth be known because I don't believe one word out of Jodi's mouth.
