Aunt is blinking a lot again. She does this nervously mostly when it appears she is conflicted reconciling Jodi's words. Now she is blinking about Jodi saying she only told her family he died, not that she was there.

Mom is taking notes.

She's been studying. If I were a juror this would not set well with me.

Law of Attraction. What you send out, you get back. How ironic.

Ok, seriously, even if she didn't bring the gun and knife with her, and even if she found the gun in Travis' closet and the knife was laying around in the bathroom -- she has still basically testified to first degree murder.

But she DID bring the gun and the knife with her, and she DID plan this in advance. I do not see how it is possible for her to not get convicted, and the complete baloney that she is trying to sell, while causing so much more hard to Travis' family -- I really can't see her getting anything other than the death penalty.

My wonderful MIL is sick and she comes first. I have missed everything since the lunch break, did I miss anything?

Yes, you missed the best moment of the trial so far!

I would tell you all about it but for all the gaps in my memory from that time. Sorry. :blushing:

Now professor Jodi gets to pontificate about her philosophy of life. Give me a freaking break!

Okay, Jodi is going to blame the Law of Attraction for her not talking negative about things.

Barf Bags please.

OMG, this is beyond horrible. i don't even know the word for what this is!! now we're talking about her philosophy???

well, hey, on with life, right? he came to her in a vision, forgave her and is in a better place. so no harm no foul. right???

:furious::furious::furious:

I dont think Ive ever felt this sick to my stomach during a trial in my entire life. :( The raw emotion of Travis' family.. and JA/DT re-victimizing TA all over again.. It's almost too unbearable to keep watching..

I completely agree!

I see that Jodi is still stuck on "poor me, I'm the victim" garbage. I really want to see the prosecutor rip her to shreds.

i don't have too much experience with court cases, but this one must have the record of giving the defendant the most time on the stand to explain every minute detail of their emotions. the blue eyed butcher sure didn't get any opportunity to explain herself, most don't. this is really unusual. and every bit of her thoughts and feelings of course, just coincidentally shows her in a better light. jmo.
