im sure there will be several jury questions. Maybe they need time to sidebar all of them.

Jodi (the witness) is not finished until after Cross, then re-direct if any, and finally re-cross if any. Then we get to juror questions just before Jodi is released from the stand to go back to the defense table.

Sooooo I had to skip about 50 pages...did she ever explain how she knew to include a bunch of stab wounds in her story that needed to comport with the forensic evidence? I thought she blanked out after the gun went off--how would she have known about the stab wounds?

What do you think is going on in the closed hearing? The jurors are in the jury room, on hold for this hearing.

I can't believe I am going to miss tomorrow mornings cross.
