She's a lefty. Not to offend any lefties of the board...don't hurt me....
It's not easy being a lefty.

Statistics show left-handed people are more likely to be schizophrenic, alcoholic, delinquent, dyslexic, and have Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as mental disabilities. They're also more likely to die young and get into accidents. So if evolutionary theory dictates survival of the fittest, why do lefties still exist?

showing Jodi's bedroom at grandma's.. right by the front door of a tiny little house

OMG... What did Det. Mendes find at Jodi's grandparents home?!?! I can hardly wait to hear what was discovered. Must be something!!!

Look at her tiny bedroom there and then think about Travis' beautiful spacious bedroom.

IMO

Where is the jury sitting in relation to JA?

January 10, 2013 morning
Lead detective, Special Agent Nathan Mendez from the Major Crimes Unit on the stand

--there is no restaurant called Mararetaville in Yreka, Californa.
--Detective was contaced July 11, 2008 for the Arias case. Officers called Mendez saying they were on their way to locate the suspect (Arias)'s residence.
--Arias was living at 352 Pine stree in Yreka with her grandparents.
--Arias was working at Casaramas (spelling?), there are two locations in Yreka, the restaurant has never been known as Margaretaville.
--Arias was arrested on July 15, 2008.
--Mendez assisted with the search warrant in Arias' home.
--A photographic line up was used. A photograph of Arias was placed in the line up pack.
Exhibit #245, line up document. Includes instructions to the person looking at the line up photos. Rafael Colombo?? was shown the phots and had to read the instructions first. "the person who committed the crime may, or may not be included in the photographs", etc.
#317-#320 photographs of the home where Arias lived. Taken at the time of the search warrant execution. #317 is the front of the house at 352 Pine Street. #318 interior of the house looking down the hallway from the front door looking towards the back. The back door leads to the back yard. #319 photo showing the front door from what looks like the living room. JA's room is to the left of the front door. #320 JA's room. Prosecution asks if police searched a particular box in JA's room.

Agree. I thought JA looked a little disturbed when the pros pointed out the pink box or file box in the bedroom.

I think for the first time JA actually looked sad looking at the pictures of her grandparents home and her bedroom. I hope the jury noticed it too. She didnt look sad at her handy work on Travis.

Holy chit, the DA is looking at stuff that looks like sales slips, I saw Wal Mart on one of them. Rut roh!

(oh how I love items with time stamps!!!)

Does anyone know if there is a website where previous sessions of this trial can be watched? TIA

This works well for me.

Hmm I may have spoken to soon. I forgot how loud I had my speakers up until an email notice came in and scared me and the dogs out of our seats.

Our new phone system at work rings over our computer. So when I have my sound up, it blasts my eardrum when a call comes in. And probably also alerts my boss that I'm watching something otherwise I'd have no reason to have my speakers up.

This is why I don't always catch everything. It's hard to hear with the sound down but if it's up too high, I jump every time the phone rings.

This collared shirt is killing me, who are they making her out to be, Liz Lemon?? lol

no budget rent a car in yreka

jodi seems to have rented the car from redding (it is on the receipt)

redding is 90 miles away from Jodi's house
