AH had "two extra-marital affairs" with Tesla CEO Elon Musk and actor James Franco while she was still with JD, his lawyers told a London court.

In a string of texts sent by JD to his agent which were read out to the Court on Friday, JD branded his ex-wife a "50-cent stripper" and accused her of having an affair with "Mollusk," assumed to be a nickname for Musk.

"Sorry, man...But, NOW, I will stop at nothing!!! Let's see if mollusk has a pair...", one of the texts read.

"I'm so *advertiser censored**ing happy she [Heard] wants to go to fight this out!!! She will hit the wall hard!!!" JD continued. "I can only hope that karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath from her..."

According to JD's lawyers, the evidence of the "multiple affairs" has been brought up in court because it would prove "false motive" for the alleged abuse AH says she suffered due to JD having a "supposed paranoia and mistaken belief" that she was cheating on him.

EM dated AH on-and-off for a year, after she left Depp, before the pair split up in February 2018. He was first dragged into the dispute between JD and AH when JD issued a subpoena against him. This was part of a separate legal battle between the former couple in the US.

Musk was a regular visitor to AH’s LA penthouse, arriving at 11pm and still there at 1am, it is claimed.

The late-night visits took place as her marriage to JD crumbled amid a series of blazing rows.

JD is suing News Group Newspapers over an article referring to him as a wife beater.

Court heard of a row on May 2016 when AH says JD threw a mobile phone at her 'like a baseball pitcher', but security staff at the building where she lived said there were no cuts or bruises on her face for a week after the alleged attack.

Instead Trinity Esparza, who ran security at the building, said it wasn't until May 27 AH 'had a red cut underneath her right eye and red marks by her eye'.

Ms Esparza also alleges that on June 4 - two weeks after JD left the penthouse - she saw AH with further injuries; a bruise on her left check and two on either side of her neck in the shape of fingers.

When asked who AH had been interacting with over this time Ms Esparza replied, 'Elon Musk' - then if there was anybody else, she replied, 'No'

She says her concierge colleague told her Mr Musk had been visiting Miss Heard late at night for more than a year, when Depp was away filming.

On the same day as she saw Mr Musk, Miss Heard later came down, and had 'three small round bruises on her neck and two Band-Aids on her arm', plus 'a faint mark on her left cheek, below the eye'.

AH was the "abuser" in her relationship with JD, his former personal assistant, Stephen Deuters

In his written witness statement, he said he saw AH "on many occasions" during the period JD is alleged to have been abusive. "At no point did Ms Heard ever mention any physical abuse and I never saw evidence of any injury to Ms Heard," he claimed.

Deuters said he was "extremely surprised and outraged" when it became public that AH had filed for a temporary restraining order in 2016. "I knew that Ms Heard was the abuser in the relationship and I was appalled that she would behave in this way," he said.

He also spoke about the couple's trip to Australia in March 2015, during which it is alleged JD assaulted her and "completely destroyed" a house in a drink-and drug-fuelled rage, which the actor denies.

Witnesses including JD's former partners Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder are expected to give evidence via video link, and the hearing is expected to last for three weeks.

I really haven't followed this thread because IMO they are both so scummy i could care less what each of them say or do: it is a shame because I really like Johnny Depp as an actor- but geez Louise--- he is just an awful person and so is Amber- i think he left a long term relationship for this woman- ugh

IMO ...AH is a spoiled brat and an opportunist. Horrid actress... a nobody until she hitched herself onto JD.
She pushed his buttons and then recorded him or had her Friends who crashed at Johnny’s places be her “witnesses”.
I think she planned to just use him from the beginning. Walk away with $$$.
She underestimated him greatly.
Good on him for exposing her!

In November 2013, Depp allegedly sent a text to actor Paul Bettany saying: “Let’s burn Amber.” The same day, he allegedly texted Bettany saying: “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!! I will f–k her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead.”

I used to really like her. But I always felt like her being with Johnny was... weird. Like, why would she want to be with him? I think he's cool, but it's pretty clear he has issues that go way, way, way back. He has two kids that were at really hard ages at the time. And I highly doubt he ever cut Vanessa Paradis out of his life. That's a looooooooot of stuff for someone new to deal with. And then, she started to hang out with Musk and his kids. She always seemed to hang out with the kids pretty early on and it felt really weird to me. She did the same thing with Lily.

A Hollywood stylist has told the Court that AH had “no visible” injuries the day after she alleged JD was violent towards her during a heated row. Samantha McMillen said she spent “much of the afternoon and early evening” with AH on December 16, 2015 as AH prepared to appear on The Late Late Show and she could “see clearly” that AH had no marks, cuts or bruises. The next day she saw AH “in good light, at close range, wearing no makeup”. “I could see clearly that Ms Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body.”

SM claimed that after her appearance on the program, AH said to her “Can you believe I just did that show with two black eyes?” SM said, “Ms Heard did not have any black eyes, and had been visibly uninjured throughout the day and at that moment.”

SM also claimed she “interacted closely” with AH five months later, on May 24 2016, at JD’s house. This was shortly after the alleged throwing of the mobile phone which AH said hit her in the eye. SM’s statement said, “I went to the house in the afternoon, and encountered Ms Heard. Ms Heard was not wearing makeup. There were no visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body. I saw her by the kitchen door during daylight in Mr Depp’s house.

She said that 3 days later, on May 27, she saw in the media that “Ms Heard had gone to court with prominent injuries visible on her face.” She claimed she “knew that she (Ms Heard) did not have those marks on her face on May 24 2016 when I was with her.”

She went on to describe Mr Depp as an "unusually kind man", saying she had never seen him be "violent or aggressive" with Ms Heard, or anyone else.

Ms Roberts alleged that she saw Ms Heard "lunge violently at Johnny, pull his hair, and commit other aggressive physical acts against him".
Ms Roberts said that on 29 December 2015, when the couple were staying on the island with his two children and a friend, the pair had an argument.

She is the classic abuser.
Depp is not washed up, at all. He starred in 3 movies in 2015, he produced 1. Amber starred in 4 movies on that same year, so... I don't see her point? And he was literally chunky for 2 seconds and lost the weight eventually.

Not that his weight matters, but it just shows how abusive she was. And she said that on a trip with his children. I was really hoping none of that mess happened around them.
For his own sake, I hope he does realize he has issues and addresses it with actual help. Not only for himself, but also for his children. They're adults but they deserve to have a healthy father. Maybe this will be his wake-up call, his wasting his life with so much substance abuse and it's affecting him, clearly. I wish him nothing but the best, it's time to move on. As for Amber... I just hope she stops being so... gross.
