Hi Everyone.. does anyone here remember Wudge?:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:
This DYNO*MITE large print flip-style book will have colorful fonts and a special "find the spelling mistakes" section. The first 25 books sold will be accompanied by a sturdy wooden easel for your viewing pleasure!
I think it is SOP for all lawyers who end up on a big time case to write a book afterwards....? Or not? Maybe I am thinking of the prosecutors, such as OJ, Charles Manson, etc.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm.....great question. I'm sure they have a deal cut with each other for splitting up the profits. Let's see....1/2 of $100 = Not Much
You think it will be that much? Hummmmm. LOL.
I wouldn't send monopoly money for his opinion on anything.
Prior to the conclusion of representation. JB withdrew as her attorney of record when? I'm sure the deal was cut after that....cuz we all know how ethical JB is.
Isn't it ANOTHER strange coinky dink that the publisher is BenBELLA. omg how transparent is she?????????????
The truth according to JB? Gag me.Already sent my email to the publisher. Benbella books. They advertise themselves as a non fiction publisher. Not after they release this fantasy by JB........
Holy Cow!!! I wish I was a smart as you guys are to point out that kind of stuff. Now someone smarter then me will have to find when the company opened.
jinx!!LOL. I looked. It's a legit company. Just small. Not one of the big publishing houses. Because they wouldn't touch JB with a 10 ft pole.
I see that someone is thinking about horses besides me. I'm thinking that he's going to ride that one trick pony until her legs fall off. (Picture that if you will) If FCA is getting a cut, she either feels that she owes him one or that it's the only was to make money off of her case. If she isn't getting a cut, then I would think that she'd be PO'd. I wouldn't buy the book. I'll just wait until someone on this board gets bored enough to read it and post on it. If you wait a couple of days after it's on the market then I'm sure that we could find info on it somewhere online for free.
I think that the title should have been: RED LICORICE
Now, if someone would just write a few books with the titles of:
How Twelve People Got it Wrong OR
How Many Attorney's Does it Take to Get You Off of a Murder Charge OR
That one kind of sounds like a joke. You can make up your own punch line if you like. OR
You Too Can become an Attorney in Florida (Ethics not required, heck, you don't even have to know how to spell). Sketch pad and Markers included. It even comes with a ream of paper and a box of crayons to keep your client busy. ***wink-wink*** OR
Why No One Was Held Accountable in the Death of Caylee Anthony. I just might read one of those titles.
Heck, if FCA did sign a waiver so what, we all know that the book would be a book of lies, JB admitted in court that his client was a liar. We all know that she's a liar. Please pass the whip, I'm not done beating this horse.
From the...ah hem...publisher's website:
There are three things in particular that you should know about BenBella:
1.We are a traditional house paying advances against royalties. We pay traditional big publishing house royalties for trade sales and full royalties on special sales and author sales, unless deeply discounted, and even then our royalties are better than standard on these sales. We also offer double royalties on some direct sales, which can be very lucrative if the author is well-positioned to drive traffic to our sales site. Finally, we offer a much higher than normal royalties deal for selected authors with very strong platforms (this is not self-publishing; the author does not pay us anything). The details are below in Deals We Do.
2.We have top-notch distribution through Perseus Distribution. Perseus is the largest independent distributor and is a top 20 publisher nationally. They have a strong and significant sales force in every area of distribution, including national accounts, field, mass merchandisers and clubs, special sales and gift sales. They provide strong distribution worldwide.
3.We operate in a true partnership model, providing your authors with a level of collaboration, flexibility and partnership that is rare in the publishing industry
Ain't that the truth!!!!!The only thing I want to read about FCA is her obituary!
