   In May Mark Sievers purchased the burner phone and developed a burner phone code, Hunter said.
   
   During phone calls, Mark Sievers provided Wright info on where the murder was supposed to happen.

I’m not sure if it’s because I live in SWFL, or because it’s obvious what an amazing person TS was, but from day one I have been completely invested in this case, wanting justice for her and her family. I am so grateful the day has finally arrived, I can’t even imagine how her family, friends, and patients feel. I personally would love to see this poor excuse of a human being receive the DP, but I will accept whatever the jury feels is correct. I have faith in them, and I pray they find peace after this is over.

If the factor/s are sufficient then jurors must decide if one or more mitigating circumstances was established by greater weight of the evidence

Addressing another mitigating circumstance, Hunter said yes, Mark Sievers was an accomplish in the murder, but his role was not minor.

But for Mark Sievers, the other defendants would not have been in position to kill Teresa Sievers, Hunter said.

Maybe. This jury appears to be filled with “rule followers”. If they throw emotion out the window & decide according to the law / jury instructions, they may recommend death.
