I would be surprised if anyone voiced a complaint--they would be vilified. I do think, however, that some people will be cautious in how they donate in the future...

Well, after seeing what JBEAN posted, nothing went where it was not supposed to go, so I can't see where there would be any reason for any complaints.
 
I will never forget Samantha. I attended closing arguments at Avila's trial and Erin is a class act. I admire her so much. Avila, OTOH, is a predator of the very worst kind.

I have done the 501(c)(3) process for 2 orgs. One took 6 1/2 months to get approval from the IRS and one took 4 months. There is a local org. that got approval in 23 days (I think this is a record!), but this was after Hurricane Ivan and our Senators and Congresspeople were pushing this through.

Anyways, it may take a while for Kyron's foundation to show up in the link JBean gave.
