HLN was going off Mike Kiefer's article that was laced with inaccuracies. He's burnt out and/or getting lazy.

That was just one inaccuracy. I've never seen JM leave the courthouse thru the front door. It happened that ONE time caught on tape because he was asked out there by a journalist for some kind of photo op. Thus lots of "fans' were out there also wanting photos. I wasn't there but I have not once seen that and you know I'm in court most days.

On the other hand I've walked out with the defense team, out the front door, more than once. In fact one day, when nancy grace was there and there were lots of fans on the sidewalk, they walked right past the trucks with Nurmi mugging for the cameras. People were holding up their cell phones and he kept looking over and smiling while walking past with Mitigation Specialist Maria Dela Rosa. She's also walked right past me, by herself, while I was sitting outside the trucks on the sidewalk waiting for someone. NEVER have I seen them with "security".

Kiefer is talking out of his A$$.

Also he said that a phone went off in the courtroom was a "donkey braying" and it was a rooster cockadoodle. He also said the woman who vomited did so loudly so everyone could hear. I was sitting CLOSER to that incident than him and didn't hear anything. katie was sitting right in front of her and heard nothing.

So, unfortunately his inaccurate weirdly biased toward jodi article got picked up by USA Today but much of it is false.

HLN says that Jodi had a migraine today, and that's why court was cancelled.

I asked some valid questions. Do you honestly think what this woman is doing does not have the chance to affect this case? Posting information about jurors, claiming to have inside info and be 'in the know' <modsnip>

Hi...am wondering if you mean the button to "REPORT POST" to the mods. If so, the button is a little white-bordered-in-red triangle located at the top left corner of ea posting box (?).

Sorry, but I think you understand why that happened. Could you educate that person while they're on TO?

I do my best. It usually works pretty well as long as they are willing to be educated, kwim? I am hoping that is the case here.

That said, everyone is entitled to their opinion. It is how opinions are expressed that usually gets people in hot water.

Juror observations is being done by every major media outlet there.
Inside info- well she is inside the courtroom!

Compassion is not reserved for offspring alone in elephant society. Elephants appear to make allowances for other members of their herd. Observers noted that one African herd always traveled slowly because one of its members had never recovered from a broken leg.

And in another case, a park warden reported a herd that traveled slowly because one female was carrying around a dead calf.

One perplexing report was of an adult elephant making repeated attempt to help a baby rhinoceros stuck in the mud. She continued to try to save the baby rhino despite the fact that its mother charged her each time. Risking her life for the sake of an animal that is not her own, not related to her, or even her own species is remarkably altruistic in nature.

Maybe that is why so many people have elephant statutes in their home. We can learn from them. Thank you for posting all the great information on elephants. I just bought the Dr. Seuss elephant about a month ago for my great granddaughter.

That said, everyone is entitled to express their concerns opinions in a respectful manner/tone.

Now, I think the best thing is to drop this whole thing and get back to all the good insider info that KCL has blessed us with. I think she realizes how much she is appreciated by most everyone here. Let's not let the noise drown out the good stuff, kwim?

I agree. I just talked to Katiecoolady and she is just fine and we had a great chat and she most definitely knows how much she is appreciated here by most! Her pm box is full!

I was worried she was upset by this, but she had me laughing my pom poms off and helped me to see the humor in it all! So, anyone worrying like me, DON'T --------------> It will take a lot more than that to even budge our KCL!

And on that note, I posted on the other thread but in case it isn't read I will say it again, my beloved Alfonse is MUCH BETTER tonite! He even said his symptoms are down almost to the point he thinks he could go home in a few days. It was just a beautiful thing and music to my ears let me tell you. Anything else, as you say, is just white noise.

And....they finally let me clip his finger and toenails that were INSANE! :great: Ok probably not the best adjective for a person in a Psych unit but, we thrive on humor in my family.

It's important in life to discern what's important and what isn't. Something I'm constantly striving to learn and get better at. In this trial and circumstance and issues with my family it's very obvious. Thanks for sharing your tears....that makes my heart sing.

Ah! After all my sweetie has been through, an uneducated poster is the least of her worries. She's got her brother doing better and the emu drive went very well. Didn't lose a one! :thumb:
