Maybe they could give her a job at the Morgue, you know mopping floors, cleaning instraments, preparing the carts for the bodies. No one need see her there. Put her in the decomp room. I am serious, it was good enough for her baby to be there. She must be away from Dr. G.. kc is good at cleaning why not put it to use.:seeya:

Or a funeral home. She's probably pretty good with make up.

Probation. Probation. And they all wonder why we are all still ranting.

The system can't have it both ways but they don't seem to realize it.

When HHJP wrote about how dangerous it is for the felon and awarded her special concessions, he incited more rage.

Corrections has the ability to take it even further. More concessions. Pansy type probation, transfers, school versus work, etc. Will they? Guess we will see.

However they could all end alot of this by treating this felon just like any other common felon.

Off topic but I have to also say the jury did not seem to understand reasonable doubt. Another failure of the system. As a result, I am no fan of HHJP.

RAGE ON....

JMO.

Since the DT cares about her so much, they could hire her themselves. They could keep her busy doing honest labor work for a minimum wage. It would keep her in line for probation with a job while keeping her out of the public eye. AND, it would only be for a year.

Granted she probably shouldn't work in their front offices because there are checks and money there and that could be bad but she could do research in the back rooms though. She could type up taped depositions.
d.
She could help in investigative work by taking drive by pictures of houses or locations or suspects or making calls to locate witnesses for subpoenas.

They could hire her to clean the offices, homes and rental houses. She could wash their windows, cars and boats. She could do their yardwork and even cut back any bamboo that may be growing out of bounds.

Sure she could dig that bamboo out if she had a shovel....

Won't make the packaging mail room comment I was thinking of ...:snooty:

+bbm+

You wouldn't be able to see her over the desk anyhow. :great:

Prehaps a mortuary ? Might do her good to prepare the dead after accidents and , murders and illness....She can't hurt them, and maybe she would grow a conscious and the memory Caylee's rotting body, eaten by wildlife would burn in her mind each minute of the day !!!!!

"No Casey ... I said use a BODY bag"

Only 2 pages, huh? Guess that shows how un-interesting FCA and her probation is! Wonder what they will cook up next?

Expect it to be this quiet for the most part unless a) she screws up or b) the DT purposely tries to get her in the news. Even if she gets a job, odds are nobody is going to know about it.

And this IMO would be a good thing. jmo

Hey everyone, just back from a three-day workshop! :innocent:

It seems to me that KC will be allowed to do some schooling, despite what the probation documents say. I'm not saying I like it, but that's what I think will happen.

I wonder, however, if she will be able to take college courses without getting her GED, and who will pay for the courses.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that Casey did
not finish high school and that she has never obtained a GED.

I am not convinced that her taking classes or attending school is a joyous event. It might be an undertaking entirely based on the statutory requirement for probationers who lack a GED.

Sure, for people like us, pursuit of education is a good thing.

It might be seen as a burden by Casey. An "OH NO Don't make me!"

She was incarcerated in a facility which offers those in custody the opportunity to take classes and to get the GED.
I saw nothing to indicate enrollment in that program.

Enrollment includes a gift of extra good/gain time for any inmate who participates.

So why didn't she do it. It's not like she didn't have the time.

Maybe she doesn't want to. Maybe she doesn't care and the system is forcing her to care.

Just an opinion & a thought

LOL - dont you just hate those workshops? I had to go to one last year - strange cause it was a three day one also...:innocent:

I say let her take all the online courses SHE can pay for - but do it in the evenings or weekends and look for a job during the day. Or - wowsers- actually get a job and work quietly at it.

Who really believes if FCA were to take online classes, SHE would be the one doing the work? Not me. :twocents:

I still say watch for her on the Dr. Phil show. Having the A's on is a perfect lead in to having the felon on. ABC seems to have the inside into the A family.
I couldn't take any college courses until I received my GED. I'm not sure if she can get financial asst. since she has a record and I'll bet as soon as she finishes probation she will turn back to her old ways. Anyone else that has gone through what she has would be changed by the experience but nothing seems to effect her she is unfortunate.

Having her on the Dr. Phil show would be a public relations suicide for the network and the show, which is a good thing!

Yes, the websleuths three-day intensive workshop on how to grit your teeth and move on when confronted. Let's see if I learned anything!

You'd think KC would want some type of job to alleviate the boredom. Really.... Why not just come out from wherever she's hiding, face the music and get on with it? Eventually people will leave her alone to a reasonable degree. Well, maybe. But she knows she can't hide forever.

Justice can be very slow in coming but in many cases it will come! A little OT here but the baby-killer in my state who got probation for her crime (yes, probation for not assisting her newborn in stress, resulting in the baby's death, and then hiding the body and lying about it) has finally had her probation revoked. She had numerous violations prior to this one, and her PO moved for revocation last year but that motion was denied by the administrative law judge. But now she is in jail, at last. She should go to prison but with this girl, that is not a given.

I do not know why some mothers who kill their child get leeway that others can only dream of. But I am hoping that if Casey violates probation a judge does not rule for her to get second, third, or fourth chances. But again, some mothers get leeway they do not deserve, such as Casey's consecutive jail time that ran concurrently (WTH was the purpose of that?). That sentence alone leads me to believe judges may continue be lenient on Casey, for reasons that I cannot fathom.

snipped

That gives me a sliver of hope. What did this woman do to violate her probation?

I had a three day workshop, too....but her name was Irene. I had no computer or electric for three days. It was like being in jail. lol
