I'm wondering if Sarah was/is married. The people on her Facebook with the last name of Gonzales are all located in Topeka, which is where she indicates on Facebook is where she is from.

Wondered too, but her father is named McLinn:

Robert McLinn said he last saw his daughter on January 9, when she visited him at his home.

and there is another missing woman in Kanasa right now. No idea if Lawrence is near St. George. (Locals? is it?)

This one here though, this one is so odd.

St. George is right outside of Manhattan, KS, which is where KSU is. And Lawrence is where KU is. Both major college towns

Don Davidson, the church’s rector, said some of Sarah McLinn’s family had been members at the church for several years. He described Sarah McLinn as strong, opinionated and smart and said she had graduated early from nearby Topeka High.

Lawrence police have released little information regarding their investigation, continuing to ask the public to step forward with information.

Friends of Sasko said he was trying to help McLinn get through a rough time in her life when he allowed her to move into his house in 2012...

On Thursday, McLinn’s sister, Ashley McLinn, 22, of Topeka, said she and her family don’t have any new details about the case. “I haven’t heard anything,” she said. “Detectives are telling us nothing. We don’t know any more than you do.”

"Until we locate her, we don't know what role, if any, she played," Sgt. Trent McKinley, a Lawrence Police Department spokesman, said.

McKinley also said that police had not named anyone as a suspect as of Friday and could not rule out the involvement of other people.

"We do not know how many individuals may have been present when Mr. Sasko was killed," McKinley said.

I wonder if she has a passport, has used her credit cards or if anything like cash or credit cards were stolen from Mr. Saskos home? I'm sure LE knows all of that info by now.

There was a reddit thread on this subject, i think in r/lawrence, where am anonymous person stated that the victim usually kept a large amount of cash in his car trunk. I wonder if that's true, or even if the rumor would beer enough of a motive.

Well it doesn't say she was being help captive and her sister's remarks are carefully said. She doesn't say "Hooray, she escaped a dangerous situation!" I guess it's a wait and see.
I wonder if they tracked a money trail...
