This is my fault, I don't think I properly conveyed my point earlier and I am sorry about that.

What I mean is, EG herself had no custody rights with Lucas. So her boyfriend could have taken Lucas to live elsewhere and she would not have been able to stop him from doing so.

On the other hand, she has legal custody, so to speak, of their daughter along with him. She would have a say until the courts get involved and take away her rights, if it's found she was abusing their daughter. He would have had a harder time getting the baby away from her, I am sure, but his son- he could place him in another home, and she couldn't stop him.

You're right, but if he had sought another place for Lucas to stay while he was out of town, he would have had to explain why. He couldn't continue denying there was a problem if he had to explain it.

Does anyone know if LE is continuing to search for Lucas? I haven't seen anything about it in msm and WPD hasn't announced any updates for a while.

I did ask a professional about this. He said if they are detoxing they will go to hospital. If they are suicide risk, they could be in general pop, but with a different colored suit on. Just wanted to pass that along as I was very curious about where she was being detained.

Has there been any MSM report about EG's custodial status with her bio children? I know there have been comments on here about it,but not sure if they were just basing off of rumors or not.I ask this because I have several comments about this. but don't want to break TOS and receive a timeout. Thanks! ETA-this is the older children, not the baby I'm referring to.

This will probably sound stupid, but I don't care tonight. I'm so upset at yet another darling child that is missing, and we probably know the outcome, and at the hands of at another 'significant' other.. WHY THE HECK CAN'T THE CHILD BE THE SIGNFICANT?!?!? Ugh! Anyway, it's a darn shame that SHE is in the clinic when I haven't seen the first report of Lucas at a clinic, hospital, or doc's office. Darn shame!

Did either parent ever do an interview begging for Lucas to be found, returned etc? Not a written response, or FB posting, but a media interview begging for their child? If not, it maybe the first case I've ever seen that it didn't happen. If anyone else remembers a case that neither parent did a media interview begging for their child, please let me know. At this point, it's too late. Frankly probably was too late from the first we heard of Lucas, but if you're innocent of everything, you wouldn't know it was too late in the first hours, and days after he was missing.

Nope like Deorr Kunz parents IMO they know he didn't mysteriously vanish so no public plea or reward for return

Last I saw she was in the clinic at first but they may have moved her by now. Imo she's detoxing or if she does truly have Endometriosis will they continue meds in jail? Narcotics?

Endometriosis happens for a couple of days during your monthly. No way would she be on anything all month long for it. I had one of the worst cases of it the doctors ever saw. I had two options- prescription strength Ibuprophen or birth control. Third option was to have a baby, but I waited until many years later and was married to have our darling daughter.

Sorry for the gentlemen reading this- I deleted part of my response as it would have been too much for the guys to read. But I call BS on her using endometriosis as a year long excuse for being an abusive witch or on drugs. BS!

I don't believe her mistreatment of Lucas is to punish dad. If that were the case, she would have been doing it in front of him, a way of taunting him so to speak or at the very least, not denying it.

IMO, It's likely a mixture of many factors, just one being stress that builds to rage which results in her taking out her rage on the children in her home by abusing them. She definitely lacks coping skills and an ability to control her anger.....when people aren't around. No one has come forward to give details of times they SAW stepmom abuse Lucas. Only the terrible visible marks after the fact or Lucas's heartbreaking accounts afterwards. She's careful to control what she does or says when other people are around, so I don't see her accidentally admitting to murdering someone during a heated argument.

I think playing off of the parts of her that are a human with at least some amount of regret and compassion would be something she would be receptive to.

From my earlier question about kids. So far, if I have this correct, Dad has 2 kids, Lucas and a girl by the current girlfriend. Girlfriend has had 2 kids removed by the state, and the little girl with Dad. How many kids does Mom have? Was Lucas EVER #1 in any of their lives? I have no idea why this case is making me so angry. All the child cases have heartbreaking, and usually affect us all. But I'm feeling such anger that for the past two days I"ve had to leave this forum and go outside and do yardwork, in frigging Feb! Even tore about my vacuum cleaner and cleaned the darn vacuum cleaner! I don't want a timeout! I wish I didn't feel this anger.

Probably not but I was thinking more along the lines of if she had been prescribed painkillers. Do they do a drug screen upon intake? I wonder if that's why she's in clinic maybe

News I hadn't seen....Nancy Grace. I did not listen to the recording portion, but in the written words it states EG waited hours to report him missing. This is the first we are hearing of this, right? She slept for hours, and found he was missing, but I didn't realize she waited to report it. There were only 3 hours between the start of her nap and when police were called. So did she actually only nap for an hour or so?

I thought she slept 3 to 6 saw him last before shower then napped then reported him missing. Not so much she waited hours just didn't bother to check before nap after shower if he was home. Does that make sense?

Those pictures look like she had been withholding food from him IMO
I know kids go through spurts my own daughter is very tiny for 7 she was premature at birth. But her cheeks are full and have coloring. Lucas looks like he was being starved. Imo if he caught the flu his immune system may have already been weakened. I go between that or she took her anger too far. She's a complete control freak and I bet she's enjoying everyone begging for info about Lucas. MOO

I don't doubt it honestly. However, I was speaking specifically to physical abuse towards Lucas/the children. The marks are there. People within the family point to the same source, however no one has reported seeing her do it, which is why I lean towards her ability to control that specifically to "behind closed doors when no adults are around"

I'm getting a possible picture of the girlfriend who wanted it to just be herself, her kid, and JH -- NO ONE ELSE.
But--- If that's true-- why didn't she just let bio-mom have Lucas ?

Handing him over to bio-mom was not an option. JH had custody, mom did not. I believe SM was stuck doing the “heavy lifting” (as another WS’er said) with an active 5 year old boy and a demanding 1 year old. Due to drug use, selfishness, poor parenting skills, endometriosis, PMS, PPD, exhaustion, or whatever (!) she often snapped and threw a hissy, directing her rage at the innocent lives in her care. I would bet there is evidence of abuse on baby girl, as well. Makes me ill to even type that.

Right now, I have a sweet girl curled up in my guest room who just can’t take her abusive mom and “step-dad” a minute longer. So my sweet family is loving on her and trying like hell to help heal her precious heart. My patience with these self-centered monsters who torture their kids has been just about more than I can take lately. Ok, rant over..... IMO, MOO and all the rest.

Please can FLA or someone local to this area contact LE re her giving her shoes away / selling her shoes and report the advert where she advertises them ? This could be crucial evidence- she may have minute traces of blood on them from hurting little Lucas or if and when they find him, he may have injuries/marks on his skin that are tread marks from her shoes or maybe even if they find a bloody crime scene where it’s believed she caused him serious injury and/or death ( I’m sorry to type that but it’s important) there could be footwear marks in blood that match the shoes of EG that she’s advertised as selling/giving away !! Please can this info be passed to LE ASAP ? I’m in UK so I’m not in a position to do so ... anyone ? Many thanks ( I’m a medically retired Senior Investigating Officer of all categories of murder ). It just may be important ( or may not be but I’d rather know than not if I was running this investigation) .
