Plead not guilty. Bond $250K. Bond posted (3/2/22).
Phelps plead guilty Thursday to involuntary manslaughter in the death of her 17-month-old son in a house fire & also plead guilty to endangering a child. Sentenced to 36 months probation.

Bench warrant issued to Sheriff. 7/20/23 Warrant executed. 7/26/23: Bond surrender by Surety. Motion for judgment on bond hearing on 10/25/23 @ 10am.
7/27/23: Return of service of garnishment. SO Return B/W executed. Plaintiff appears by Bell, defendant appears in custody with attorney Toth, continued by defense. Plead not guilty. $1M bond.
Trial was set to begin on 10/30/23 was continued on 1/8/24. Continuing Dates: 1/9/24, 1/10/24, 1/11/24 & 1/12/24.
