So she was supposedly punished because her grandmother believed she drank alcohol…? Wouldn’t that be the fault of whichever ADULT left it out and in reach of a child?
RIP China. Four years old… No matter what, whatever she was “punished” for in such a manner probably wasn’t even something she realised would lead to punishment in the first place

Little angel. So horrific. I’m embarrassed to be from Louisiana right now. Who ever heard of such an asinine thing to do? What in the world did she think was going to happen- to a 4 year old- drinking a bottle of whiskey? Just when you think you’ve seen it all, here comes dumb and dumber.

*Motions Hearing for both (@ 9am CT) - LA - China Record (4) is dead (April 21, 2022) after her grandmother allegedly forced her to drink a bottle of whiskey while her mother watched, Windsor Place area of Baton Rouge; died from acute alcohol poisoning - *Roxanne Record (53/now 54) (grandmother) arrested & charged (4/22/22) with 1st degree murder & indicted (7/20/22) with cruelty to juvenile. No bond. East Baton Rouge Parish prison; 19th Judicial District
*Kadjah Record (29/now 30) ("mother") arrested & charged (4/22/22) with 1st degree murder. No bond. East Baton Rouge Parish prison; 19th Judicial District
