Nothing? Someone fed this young man a bottle, changed his diapers, watched him take his first steps. Someone out there knows something. Who are you?

I think they should ask a local special ed teacher to “interview” this lad 1:1, and bring paper and crayons, a family of dolls, etc. I think they might be able to get more answers than most using some tools to help him illustrate his family.

I wonder if this could be Elvis Rosado:
NY - NY - Elvis Rosado, 18, developmentally disabled, Highbridge, Bronx, 18 Dec 2017

There is no height listed and the photo shown is the only photo I can find of Elvis-- it may be an old one. Their noses don't match for me but if he broke it after leaving home that might explain the difference. I'm not super confident of the similarities, but if anyone thinks it could be a match please send it in (I'm only posting here, thanks).
Wow Gardener good find I think his teeth are different though. But thanks for posting I had Never heard of Elvis before your post!! Now Iam on the hunt for Elvis too he is a fellow New Yorker!!

Bumping for you, lost young man!

I hope that when family is located, that fact is reported in MSM so we'll all know!

I honestly don't expect to learn more, unless we find a local verified insider -- who wouldn't be violating confidentiality to pass information to us. A tight squeeze indeed!

I don't think it's him--ears, chin are not quite a match and I don't think breaking his nose would be enough to account for the differences.

But it does make me wonder how sure they are he's not Hispanic or Caribbean. If I ran into him in Boston, I'd likely assume he was Haitian.

Missing Person Case
5166DMMN - Jeremy Leon Jourdain

Circumstances of Disappearance
Jordan was at a family member's house in Bemidji on Halloween. He ran from the house around midnight and family members followed but were unable to locate him.

Halloween leaves Bemidji family the nightmare of missing teen

His height is a match but Jeremy's teeth look really straight in the pictures where he is smiling-- our mystery young man appears to have crooked bucked teeth. I wonder if Jeremy had braces before the straight teeth smile pics? Could teeth that have been recently straightened by braces get messed up if he was supposed to wear a retainer and didn't because he left it at home? I'm probably reaching... but I think it's worth sending in based on the height if you feel so inclined to do so. There are so few 6'5" young men out there with his complexion.

I am deeply saddened by this story. As a sister to a mentally disabled younger brother, it really hits home.

At the same time, I’m really confused about certain things in this case. How for one, was he able to know how to hitchhike and explain where he was going, but not able to tell his name or where he came from? It seems like a contradiction to me. On the one hand he seems to have a sense of direction and geography, but only about where he is headed and not where he is from. He has a sense of how the world works (him hitchhiking) and yet he doesn’t know his own name. It’s also nog clear to me if he doesn’t know these things or is unable to communicate about them. I was wondering if maybe he doesn’t /want/ to go back to wherever he came from and therefore doesn’t tell police? The contents of his backpack make me believe wholeheartedly that he packed it himself. He brought toys and snacks, exactly what a child would pack if they were told to pack to go “on an adventure”.

Wow good find! Have you submitted this one? I’m really curious about this possibility, they look amazingly similar to me. My first thought when I saw the side-by-side you posted was that they were two pics of the same person.

One think I need to bring attention to and correct here - everyone here and even thread title is suggesting that boy was hitchhiking. He was NOT. He was walking.

Couple met him at some gas station/station in Oklahoma on their own route and after seeing his bag opened with toys and candywraps they initiated conversation. They must have been shocked/puzzled hearing he walked all they way there from Kansas City and planned to walk all the way to Dallas... That is one of the many reasons I think couple realized and worried that something is wrong ..

They even mentioned in most of the articles how boy's feet were absolutely swallen from all the walking.

They probably thought he was heading to Dallas and LA isn't far from TX and figured someone would know him and he would be safe and that much closer to where he was supposed to be. He didn't have any money on him did he?

His backpack sounded like something you would have a kid pack on a vacation. Probably not an airplane because of guns (do they allow toy guns?). It's either what a kid packs or a parent does to keep them occupied. I wondered if he was on a trip or supposed to be visiting someone and he got off a bus or somehow was separated from a group he was with, that would explain not having clothes with him. It was mentioned that he could have been abused or around prostitution. It's unclear when that occurred. My friend worked with an autistic boy that was obsessed with directions and maps. He would always ask her what roads she took to get to different places. She was awful with directions and had no clue what most streets were called. My apt was next to the college we both went to. She could not find it with GPS even though she went to the school everyday. The kid was disappointed with her ability understand directions.
