The property that house sits on is beautiful, but $6.8 million for what looks like some pretty tacky new construction?
Not so new? He also owns/owned one of the few REAL antique shops in the area. I went in 2000. Not sure how old the house is, but it's not new & he has good taste in antiques, even if you don't like his building style. jImO

The PI for MS family believe two people are involved he has a very credible source. He is not as much focused on the Z71 as LPD

Ok well I have never lived in another state and didn't realize our beds were any different haha.

I haven't really been all over or anything, just lived in TX and MD (for 6 months). I just noticed the first time I went with a friend to visit his grandmother in Crowley. And then saw it at my sister-in-law's family's house when we stayed with them during Hurricane Rita. They're in Merryville.

All of our beds are just a mattress sitting on a box spring. I want to be as close to the floor as possible. Hot air rises, you know. At least that's my reasoning.

This man needs me. I'm a collector.

Locals - would you be so kind as to let us know what is mentioned on the newscasts(s)?

Thx

So you have no bed frame, headboard, footboard then?

I wonder if any of the k-9's searched around the tool shop fire today...?
Would they have to have a search warrant to sniff around?

I dont really care for it and it looks terribly out of place. Plus, locals, does anyone else want to shake their head & laugh at someone who would build something like that at Lake Martin, of all places??? Seems like a HUGEEEE waste of $$.
It's been there for @ 20 yrs, I think.

I think a PI probably does have the upper hand to LE in cases like this. I think more people are willing to talk to a PI than the police.

On that same note ... someone with a 40K+ ride likely has the money to order whatever replacement parts they might need off the internet OR even drive to a dealer quite a ways from Lafayette and have them replaced versus stealing them, setting a fire and further UPPING his chances of being apprehended.

Say the person comes under the scrutiny of LE or the PI. They do checks of purchases and BAM, they see interior parts were purchased. The police would take the truck apart to the smallest nut and bolt. It would be incredibly hard for the lay person to make sure every single bit of evidence has been removed.

PI Abdella has reason to believe two people are involved in the MS disappearance. He said he has a credible source. He is not as focused on the Z71 as LPD

We may get more details at 6:00 or 10:00. Not sure if that is the news media's attempt for ratings.
