Peter Bunch said he's asked for Terri Horman calls to 9-1-1, back to Dec 26th. But was denied by Sheriff's office saying it's part of "ongoing Investigation." He's tried to serve the landscaper, Rudy Sanchez with subpoena for deposition, but prosecutors wouldn't give him contact information because of the "ongoing investigation."

Shouldn't her lawyer have all the contact information via Terri Horman? I presume he is still doing business as a landscaper and that his name would for all purposes be the same as when Terri employed him. If not then was his alias in place already? When so much information that may be helpful to Terri is considered "under investigation" and unavailable to her lawyers one wonders how they can justify not calling her a person of interest at the very least.

Let's see, one of my landscapers is the tree and shrubbery trimmer, so I guess he's the whacking guy. Wait! "Whack"--is that how the whole MFH thingy got started? She said "whack" and he thought she meant another kind of whack vs. get rid of those huge bushes??!!

About a pool--I highly recommend my method. My neighbor has a gorgeous pool, and I have full use of it any time I want. Pool toys and floats included, and I also know where he keeps his booze and can walk into his house. Really, that's the way to go with pools!

If December 26th isn't a mistake, I wonder what was going on just one day after Christmas, and especially wonder where Kyron was for the holidays. If he was with Desiree, still at the home, or if they had all been away and had a break in or something. Things like that are very common around the holidays, burglaries and big arguments.

I believe it was corrected to June 26. Two articles I've seen have the corrected date. Though it does still pose an interesting question, another in a long list of questions we'll never get answered

I was thinking about this this evening--this might also explain why Terri/Bunch/Houze had not tried to do anything about the RO--they were not getting the information that they needed to prepare, and IANAL, but I don't envision that any lawyer would want to approach something like that unprepared... moo

It sounds to me like she knew him as Rudy Sanchez, but that's not his legal name and so she isn't able to contact him now. And LE won't tell her what his name is.

I had assumed there might be immigration irregularities involved, but the more I think about it, the more I think he might have been under cover for something else. Landscaper is a great job for just hanging around scoping out the neighborhood.

Yeah it's tough to know exactly what Bunch means by the alias comment. Is it a name he commonly uses even though his real name is something else? I've seen other cases where people from Mexico (if Sanchez is) have gone by different names.

Maybe his first name is Rodolfo. Just sayin'... Are nicknames (or, Americanized names) considered aliases? MOO.

I was watching the show "Nikita" tonight. There's a secret government agency called the Division. One of their undercover operatives fell in love with a girl and told her he was a...wait for it...LANDSCAPER! She was convinced that was what he has, not a spy.

I about fell over. So being a landscaper might also be a cover for spy. Maybe "landscaper" is a cover term for any person doing anything but landscaping. LOL.
