I thought she was a social worker (not an atty) but working for the defense. My understanding is her job is to find and confirm any "mitigating factors" that may keep KC from getting the dp. The many hours of interviewing kc (and spending the night) would be to gather info that may be relevant to her defense. (ie: provide bio-psycho-social/mental health issues) if someone has a different understanding of her role in this - I would love to be enlightened!
I wonder if the reason most of the visits are at night is to avoid being seen/interviewed by reporters?
